The hotel is close to Omiya Station, which was very convenient and perfect for my business trip. I'd definitely stay here again if I have a similar trip in the future.

I stayed here to see a concert at Saitama Super Arena. It's only one subway stop away, which was quite convenient for just one night. There are a lot of restaurants along the hotel's street, and it was lively in the evening, but I didn't get to eat much due to my tight schedule. Overall, the value for money was pretty good.

The location and room size aren't particularly spacious, but they're reasonable.

The triple room was quite spacious, and the interior was nice. The only downside was a bloodstain on one of the duvets, and proper cleaning and linen changes only happened once during our 3 or 4-day stay.

I chose a room that allows smoking and would recommend it to guests who need it. The front desk staff were friendly. It's very close to Omiya Station, making transportation convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop. There's also plenty of parking nearby, which is suitable for travelers with cars.

I stayed here while on a business trip. The location is great, close to the station and has restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff explained everything to me carefully, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Please note that the amenities are located next to the front desk and not in the rooms. The single room felt small, but was sufficient for a night's stay without meals.

It's a short walk from the station, but a little hard to find. I was drinking in the area and a woman at the bar stole some money from my wallet, so I don't have good memories of Omiya, but I'll stay here if I come back.

Even if I wanted to use a hair dryer, there was no outlet nearby. (I found an extension card, but the door to the unit bathroom and toilet was in the way so I couldn't use it.) Even though it was a smoking room, there was no ventilation fan. And other issues. I don't plan on returning.

The location was great, close to Omiya Station. There was a Don Quijote nearby, so it was easy to find places to shop and eat. I booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a slightly larger twin-bedded room. Thank you very much. I had a comfortable stay.

It's very clean and great for an overnight stay. You have to bring your own amenities from the lobby. The front desk was also very nice.
