The Hyatt in Saipan was the perfect spot for an island getaway. The hotel it self is very beautiful with spacious and colorful rooms and lovely gardens and outdoor lounging areas and pool. The staff made it extra special with their kindness and genuine care. I was really impressed and want to go back again soon!

Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.

The trip to Saipan is the most wise choice for this Spring Festival. Jingmei, few people, great value for consumption, much more cost-effective than in China. Especially the last hotel to stay in, if you do your best, you have been living here, and you have saved a lot. Adults can watch the clouds during the day and watch the stars at night. You can also see the first peak of Saipan on the top floor. It is really quiet for years. And Saipan's diving is really worth experiencing, but unfortunately I didn't take a good photo, so I regret to come back next time.

During the four nights we did not swim or play in the sea, we used this as our base and rented a car to stroll around the north. Laura Beach, not far from the hotel, is amazing. Yesterday I switched to Hyatt. There is no harm without comparison. Fortunately, I chose Hyatt. But to be fair, compared to the two hotels, Qingquan's buffet breakfast and seafood buffet are really good! Poor impression of Qingquan may also stem from the experience of losing a wallet. Check-in at the front desk around 1am on the 29th, woke up at 10am or more to find a wallet for a tip, no wallet could be found everywhere. Suddenly remembered that I forgot to be at the front desk after checking in. Quickly went to the front desk and communicated with the duty staff and manager. However, due to the malfunction of the hotel monitoring system, the evidence could not be consulted. The manager promised to inquire about the night shift staff when they arrived at work that night. I am slightly dissatisfied with the hotel because all this happened in the hotel, and I actually suffered a lot of losses, and the monitoring system was unavailable. The hotel should also be held responsible, but the hotel did not have any kind of compensation or condolences for this. The care and compassion that a quality hotel deserves. This is one of the reasons I am disappointed with this hotel. Next time I come to Saipan, I should not consider Qingquan again.

Stayed two nights, booked a Royal Deluxe Room, Ctrip showed on the 7th floor, and finally gave the 6th floor. To be honest the hotel's paradise is nice. Stayed for the second time, this time staying in the Crystal Tower, Saipan's hotels are very broken, so there is nothing to look forward to, mainly in the business center, convenient, and the price is cheap, the Spring Festival Crystal Tower is only more than 1500 per night, conscience The price, like Hyatt and Kenton, are old hotels built twenty or thirty years ago, seven or eight thousand and one nights. I am poor and ca n’t afford it. There ’s too much food around. The Hunan restaurant opposite to the hotel is delicious. It ’s a canteen. Breakfast is also available in the morning. Right outside the two intersections is the place where Chinese rent a car. It ’s good to rent a convertible Mustang. Yes, hahaha. In short, highly recommended!

Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities.
