This was my first time staying here, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!! The staff were also very nice✨ However, it's a shame that they are closing soon🥲 They are no longer taking new reservations.

The staff were really friendly. They listened to my requests very carefully, and when I was sitting in the lobby, they first asked if there was anything they could help me with. The garden was well maintained and was great for a light walk.
The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The location had a panoramic view of the garden and the sea, and it had one of the best views of any hotel I've ever been to.
The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, but when I tried to fill the bathtub with water, the water quality was so bad that I gave up on taking a half-body bath. The water quality in the shower room was not bad.
It was an old building, so the facilities weren't great, but it was still a place that left a lot of good memories.
I heard that it will be open until June and then close, which is very disappointing. Next time I visit Saipan, I would like to stay again if they are re-opening.

Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator.

The worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none!
1. The hotel front desk is very unfriendly to Chinese individual travelers! They blatantly blocked the check-in process and kept asking you to wait. We waited for more than half an hour! There are so many Koreans outside who have just arrived and jumped in line!
2. The hotel booked for three people cost more than 500 per night, but there was no extra bed! The room is filled with supplies for two people every day! The phone call only added an extra day, and the next day we still had supplies for two people! So what did I get for the 500 yuan? ? ?
3. There are no floor mats and towels in the bathroom, so I have to call and ask for them every day, and I take them all!
4. The strong wind blew the swimsuit to the downstairs platform to dry, and we were told that they would help pick it up the next day. However, there was no news at 11 o'clock the next day, and we had to go to the front desk to urge it before we got it back!
5. I don’t agree with late check-out for an hour on the last day! The hotel is not full! The occupancy rate is only 40%, I am speechless!
6. The hotel facilities are very poor. The rooms are not as good as Atour. They only have simple bath soap and shampoo. Don’t ask for extravagant bath salts. The toothbrushes are cheap and lint-free! The hotel doesn’t even have a bathrobe, paper or pen. Is this a five-star hotel?
