The Grey Owl Inn is a real gem. The rooms are clean and quiet. Great linens and the breakfast alone is makes the stay worthwhile. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you Debi and Bill!

The Grey Owl Inn is a retreat within a retreat. The setting is lovely, the rooms are whimsically decorated, and it is located conveniently to all the local sights.

Parking was good. Breakfast was good. The property manager was great. The bad was the building is old. Capet need to be replaced. Shower needs to be updated Rainfall shower head that’s not in use needs to be removed since it had some gross looking mold growing on it. The outside area needed cleaning. We tried to sit outside to enjoy a drink but couldn’t because the table in the gazebo was oily and dirt was stuck to it. Bench seat was too dirty to sit on. It was way over priced for what you got. Only worth about half of what we paid. It wasn’t aweful but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

All I can say is wow! This place is amazing!! The grounds are beautiful and the ambiance is just wonderful and peaceful!
Beautifully decorated and the breakfast.... Delicious!
I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in St Simmons... couples or friends!

Gracious and comfortable property surrounded by beautiful grounds. The location was excellent for exploring St. Simons Island.
