A gourmet meal had been offered to us for a birthday in this 5-star hotel. Champagne as an aperitif, appetizer, then three succulent dishes both in terms of presentation and taste, coffee and sweets to close. It was a delight. To attend for an event because budget not negligible!!! The staff is caring with kindness.

We werden er allerhartelijkst ontvangen. Philippe heeft een deel van z’n leven in Florida doorgebracht dus z’n Engels is perfect. Ons bezoek was voor een nacht op een zondag. We waren dus blij eerder een supermarkt te hebben gevonden zodat we gebruik konden maken van de keuken in onze ruime kamer. We vonden het geen goed idee om in de zeer hoge temperatuur naar Saint Rémy te lopen. De auto gebruiken na rosé gebruik is zeker niet onze gewoonte. Ons appartement met afgesloten tuin was in orde. Het lijkt ons een prima verblijf voor langere tijd om vandaar uitstapjes in de Provence te maken. Parkeren konden we in de koele parkeergarage. De procedures waren eenvoudig en dus plezierig.
