What an excellent hotel. It was warm, clean, comfortable and the bed was divine. Also there was hardly any sound, it was so well sound proofed. I have to give special mention to the staff; whoever does the recruiting does it really well! We arrived around 20.00hrs at night and were greeted by Jordin and Lilly on reception. They were just wonderful, it was such a charming greeting, so friendly, warm and welcoming. We ate at the hotel as we were late and the lady on the bar was also lovely, sadly, I never got her name. It had been a long stressful day for us and the warm welcome and comfort was greatly appreciated. I don't think that I have ever been to a hotel that had such incredible staff, it really is 5* service. I would not fail to recommend this place to anyone and think it really good value for money. Thanks ladies for making our stay so special xxx
