Clean and tidy. Nice comfy bed. Spacious room plus the refrigerator was really helpful for keeping my foods from being spoiled. Nice restaurant. Highly recommend this place. It’s worth the price. Thank you

EVERYTHING/EVERYONE WAS PERFECT!!!! I and my husband know we will probably NEVER get this experience again unless we come back here again. Kim, Gerald and Gianna were outstanding hosts!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! We did not want to leave. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOMED!!!!

Checkout was running slightly behind. Front desk and cleaning staff were hustling to get it done. I appreciate the quickness and courteous customer service. Well done under pressure.

Secluded area, there is a shopping center a few minutes away. I would say it’s a walkable distance if you enjoy walks. Very quiet and cleanliness is very good.

The room wasnt very clean. Had to lay a towel down in the shower, didn’t want my feet to touch any part of their floors. Kept slippers on at all times. Me and my kids had to swim with socks on our feet because in the pool area the paint is peeling up off the floor. Stayed for four nights and it was cringe. Definitely wouldn’t rate it a 4 star, preferably more like a 2 star and at the discounted ******* price of $115 a night it still was not worth it. Will never revisit.

The room was very clean and tidy up. Love that we can control the heat and it was working. The staff on my check in time was super cool and nice. She even texted to check on me. I love that. Excellent customer service at it's best. Oh, and the hot cookies was a plus. Hehe. Keep up the great service. I will be back.

The staff make all of the difference! Gerald, Lisa, Josh, Warren and all of the team is friendly and helpful. They are very dedicated to the hotel itself and do a great job taking care of guests.

Fire alarm system went off at midnight and continued to go off randomly for about an hour and half. I am understanding that these things can happen but no explanation was given and no offering to compensate for the disruption. Will be staying away from Hilton properties in the future. I don't expect perfection but the right thing to do was to make a good will gesture to the guests for the incovenience.

Staff on duty was not present at the front desk to let people know what was going on or direct people where to go or when it was ok to go back to our rooms when the emergency alarm went off. The alarm kept occurring repeatedly during sleeping hours and we could not get any rest due to the disturbance that we later found out was just a false emergency alarm.
