I’ve been staying in a bunch of hotels lately but this one was by far the best. Classy, polite staff. Our original room had a broken fridge, so they immediately gave us a new room. Most comfortable bed of all the hotels we’ve been in lately. Finally got a good night’s sleep.

Extremely disappointed that there was no shuttle for Saturday evening, December 30th. I called the day before to confirm the shuttle but when we arrived, we were told that the shuttle driver said he would not drive the 3th or 31st. Cost us $90 for an Uber to/from our destination. I chose the Double Tree because of the shuttle.

We like this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, we get a good nights sleep.
But this time the drain in the shower was totally plugged such that after one shower the shower stall was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Needless to say, the second shower was very short - less than a minute.
We reported it at checkout and there didn’t seem to be much of a concern.
The other thing here is that breakfast is in the restaurant off the menu. Would be nice if there was at least a complimentary grab and go.

I didn’t realize we had booked an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t exactly what we’re used to. Also no Kleenex or lounge chair in the room. Otherwise beds comfortable and no noise whatsoever.

The size and quality of the room was the best part but either the lack of staffing or lack of concern by the staffing made the experience not so great.
There was a very noticeable mark on the bathroom toilet that appeared to be human feces, when I called the front desk they suggested i come down to have my room changed but I requested someone come up and properly clean it instead due to exhaustion after a long road trip.
Another down side to the overnight stay was the amount of young people going in and out off the hotel as if there was a party somewhere in one of the rooms, that definitely made us feel unsafe as there was no one governing who was coming in and out until after hours.
The $14.99 charge for breakfast took the cake I mean c'mon Hilton you gotta do better!!
Overall it wasnt a bad experience but it definitely wasn't a great one either 😕...
This will not be my first, second or third option next time I visit!

The shuttle bus to the Xcel Energy Center was a plus, since we were attending a concert there. The driver was very professional and did a great job of making sure everyone got back to the hotel after the show.

The staff was amazing very helpful, very kind and it was a nice hotel, except for they’re going through a transition of ownership and they did not have a lot of options in the lounge for drinks. I had an extended stay & I don’t feel housekeeping was up to par, they should’ve treated my room as if I was an overnight guest and came in every day to empty the trash make sure I had towels, etc. But I can’t say It enough about the staff, they were amazing and I truly appreciated them when I was there.
