First, the hotel staff were uncooperative and did not support the hotel residents with any complaints. The breakfast options were very limited, with not many choices available. Additionally, for the last two days, I suffered from not having hot water in my bathroom for showering.

We stayed in at THE ORIGINALS Hotel Saint-Martin-d'Hères for several days and were very satisfied with our experience.The room was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect - it's right next to the tram stop, so we could easily get to the University in just 4 minutes. It's also less than half an hour to the beautiful city of Grenoble.The hotel is also very conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants, making it an ideal place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area. The combination of the comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and excellent location made it a wonderful stay.

BATHROOM VERY DIRTY breakfast room too small you have to wait a very long time to be able to have a seat. and too little choice and too long delay to serve pastries. too expensive for the quality

Pour moi le The Originals Residence, Grenoble Universite et de loin le meilleur Appart Hotel de Grenoble. Le responsable c'est une personne a l'écoute et tres commerciant. Ye vient toujours ici de que je suis en déplacement à Grenoble.

Une belle découverte sur Grenoble où l'hôtellerie est un peu sinistrée et/ou très chère. Accueil impéccableet souriant en réception comme au petit déj. Bon confort literie, et chambre Bon pt déj complet

Draps tachés, oreillers également, toiles d'araignée géante, crasse sur le contour des fenêtres... Dommage, le reste de l'hôtel est pourtant sympa et les chambres spacieuses. L'accueil est bon mais le ménage le manque d'hygiène n'est pas concevable dans un hôtel.
