Travelling across France we always book a hotel with a restaurant so that after a long car journey we can relax for the evening. Having booked in February and reserved a table in the restaurant we were surprised on arrival to be told that the restaurant had closed four years ago and that being a Tuesday night most of the good places to eat in town were also closed. In the end the Manageress was able to serve us some food on a tray in our room which looked like it had been microwave cooked from frozen. As she left at 8.00 pm any requests for more drinks or food had to be made before then as the hotel was left without any staff at all. Shame. The hotel is well placed and presented, the Manageress and Receptionist charming, but instead of updating their website, or telling us there was no restaurant in February, waiting until we arrived and had few other choices was very deceptive. We won't go back.

Hôtel vieillot. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits mais n’avons pas eu le privilège que notre chambre soit nettoyée. Pas de gel douche ni de shampooing dans la salle de bain. Le distributeur de savon vissé dans la douche était vide. La chambre est ridiculement petite. Moquette au sol et toile tendue aux murs. Tout le nécessaire pour cultiver les bactéries et les acariens. L’hôtel est affiché 4 étoiles sur leur site alors qu’il a été déclassé mais les propriétaires se gardent bien de modifier cette information…. Le petit déjeuner est composé de viennoiseries surgelées, de fromage sous vide, jambon bas de gamme, gâteaux industriels….réjouissons nous, pour s’excuser de tous ces désagréments, « la direction » vous offre la taxe de séjour mais pas les petits-déjeuners….que vous les preniez ou non.

Idéalement situé, l'hôtel St Martin offre un cocon de calme et de verdure à 6 minutes à pied du coeur de la ville.
Chambre probablement refaite récemment, bonne literie et propreté parfaite.
Service prévenant et très sympathique.
Belle piscine légèrement à l'écart.
Néanmoins, surtout pour un 4 étoiles, certains points sont regrettables/à améliorer :
- petit déjeuner : sous forme de buffet. On a vraiment regretté la qualité très moyenne de ce qui était proposé, en particulier en salé. Un jambon bas de gamme, du fromage insipide conditionné en tranches sous plastique, des viennoiseries industrielles etc...
- piscine : 6 transats, un peu léger pour tout l'hôtel. Dommage
- pas de mini frigo ni sèche cheveux dans la chambre
- l'hôtel ne propose plus de restauration, pas même option snack de dépannage
- bar ouvert jusqu'à 19h seulement !

Bel accueil et beau cadre pour cet hôtel de charme. Propreté impeccable et plutôt en bon état général. Petit déjeuner un peu « léger », tant sur les quantités que sur la qualité, mais tout à fait acceptable. Il y aurait moyen d’en faire un mieux autrement plus luxueux qui lui vaudrait très vite 4 vraies étoiles.

Une nuit passée à 2. Bon accueil et présentation de la chambre. Chambre avec vue sur jardin, très calme, lit 2m de large, confortable. Bel endroit, piscine agréable, très calme. Petit déjeuner servi dans le jardin, bien complet et délicieux.
