Tha lady behind the counter was awesome.The food was good room was clean

The room was SPOTLESS. Every staff member I met went above and beyond and was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The valet was prompt and friendly.

First room I was given had a very sticky floor at the entrance and there were signs of food left on the floor. Guy at desk seemed bothered I wanted another room. 2nd room was much better though the desk was splattered with something, the cushion under the tv had crumbs in the crevice and there was no do not disturb sign in the room. Breakfast the first morning which started at 6am was beyond underwhelming and seemed not prepared. There were no bagels, no oatmeal. Just cereal and waffles and bananas and some bread. The 24 hr iced water and hot water for the complimentary beverages was inconsistently replenished. I don’t know the cleaning process but on my floor there were dirty paper towels scattered outside of some rooms. Weird. Overall, I would not come back as it’s also not in the best area.

The hotel is very nice. I would suggest getting to breakfast early they don’t restock when things get low or go out. Don’t go out after dark. The area was sketchy when we walked for dinner. Order food for delivery.

I waited to give this hotel a review until I finished staying at the other hotels on my holiday. Safe to say this one was by the far the worst, and no other hotel came close to being as bad. The staff were rude and unfriendly, my room hadn’t been cleaned efficiently (there was hairs in the bed and a pair of socks the last guest must of left), and the room had a terrible smell. I was travelling alone here so grabbed food at local places and brought it back to eat, which resulted in creating a different smell from the rubbish as no cleaner came the whole time I was there. On the last day I was there, late in the afternoon someone banged hard on the door and within a second was trying to get into the room. The bathroom was right next to the door and I was undressing to take a shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if they can avoid it. I flew to NYC after staying here and only paid $200 more than what I paid for at Tru, and that was not only a better experience but also a longer stay.

Wow! Where do i even start. When we checked in, the tv and internet were down. We were comped a $5 dunkin donuts gift card for that. It did come back on by later that night. I paid for the valet "covered" parking but they just parked it by the sidewalk in directly in front of the hotel where i ended up getting a parking ticket! Thankfully the valet service was accommodating when i brought them the ticket. I was told it will be taken care of. $55+ tax a day to have my car parked on the street seemed a little silly tho. When i was finally able to lay down for the night on our first night there, the fire alarm ended up going off and everyone had to evacuate. Our first night there was very hectic to say the least, but the staff remained very polite despite all of the issues happening that night. The rest of the stay was smoothe, the breakfast was kind of mids but it was free. Upon leaving, went to get our car from valet, which was kind of pointless since our car was just right outside, the valet walked off with the keys and didnt come back for a while we stood by our car confused. He finally came back, handed me the keys and said "i walked almost 2 miles looking for your car" and then just walked away. Which felt a bit awkward. Overall tho, wasnt terrible but definitely was not great experience. I dont think ive ever been this stressed staying at a hotel. Some of the stuff was out of staffs control tho, so i get it.
