Great option for staying in downtown St. Louis. The hotel parking might be a bit pricey, but if you are staying with your car just for the night, there is free street parking in front of the hotel (you pay during the day, but it is very cheap anyway), there are also cameras. Clean hotel and spacious room. Just a few steps from the arch, it offers the possibility of visiting the city on foot. Recommended!

The access to sightseeing spots was very good, and I was able to go sightseeing on foot to the arch and the baseball field! The hotel service was good and the room was spacious and clean. One drawback is that the drain was clogged on the second day and the water did not flow at all. However, I would like to use it again if I come to St. Louis.

The day before I called to confirm my reservation. Was told by the staff I had none. So I was able to book another reservation for the next day. Upon arrival I was asked which reservation was I using. I said the one I made last night. The young lady said I already had another one. Explained that I was told the prior evening I had none and had to make another reservation. She said she was sorry. So I booked and confirmed one extra reservation needlessly with no offer to explain how it happened or an offer of compensation. Not happy about it. Very disappointing

Room was just okay! The booking showed Breakfast Included, but was never provided. The hotel asked to buy breakfast separately. Parking is not included in the booking and very expensive.
