Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Very convenient location

Staff service attitude is very poor. After we checked out, they charged us two amounts from the bank card, but they didn't give us the bill details. We called to ask, and they said they would check before they get back to us. After three or four days, no one responded. It was hard to find someone to tell us that one of the expenses was for the restaurant. I said we didn't go to the restaurant at all, but asked ourselves to tell the restaurant manager. The fee was collected by Westin, and the restaurant is owned by Westin. If I have any problems, I should be asked to talk to their restaurant manager myself. This is simply evading responsibility and is unreasonable. In addition, the hotel equipment is very old.

I have stayed in the Westin brand hotel with the worst service, not one of them. The room fee was deducted twice. There is no wardrobe for hanging clothes in the room. I booked a room with breakfast for two days, but only gave breakfast for one day...
