The Moonrise Hotel

I like the hotel. I wish they did coffee every morning. I like the little workout room. I didn’t get a chance to go to the rooftop bar. Great location! I kept an eye on my car from my room!

They didn’t clean the room upon our request, the bed wasn’t made, and towels weren’t replaced. There was a smell of gas in the corridor outside the room, and when the front desk was informed, no further updates were provided.

The Moonrise is a great boutique hotel with really fun decor and art. It is clean and comfortable. They need to update their website regarding the onsite restaurant. It is only open for breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. They are a pet friendly hotel, which is nice. There is no parking garage, just an open lot behind the hotel with dedicated parking for guests. Don't expect a valet to assist with unloading your luggage, though. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I return to St. Louis.
