The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the main area of St Helier and I was there for both work and leisure and was ideal for both. The food is nice in the bar and there was a good easy access car park. The hotel is however quite dated and the rooms could do with a freshen up.

A comfortable stay, and friendly staff. However, there is a function room / wedding venue just opposite that can be heard into the early hours of the morning. Even when I requested to moved to the other side of the hotel (graciously accommodated), I could still hear the party. Not a great nights sleep I needed.

The decor was a little tired, need aircon in the bedrooms facing the afternoon sun, a fan is not enough.
The staff were extreemly helpful, pleasant and well manered i couldn't fault them.
A large bathroom should have a walk-in shower as well as a bath.

The property is well located for shopping and restaurants. The bar menu is varied and the food is good. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The only small thing is that the decoration is a little tired and a spruce up wouldn't go amiss, but it wouldn't stop us staying there again.
