This is one of the best IBIS I have stayed in, no doubt in part because it is pretty new. The rooms and public areas are very good, and the secure parking for just over 10 euros a night is good value (and easy to use, unlike some). The RER station is a ten minute walk through the very pleasant town, and takes under 30 minutes to central Paris. Access by car is easy, and is far enough outside Paris to make it not too stressful driving for a foreigner.

I was there one night, my son had a basketball tournament and was stayed by the committee elsewhere with his team, so I chose this hotel for his proximity and easy access. I travel bcp and I am very demanding, I've nothing to blame very sincerely, the very clean room, littery at the top, light and modern bathroom, perfect! Let's come to the Miami breakfast buffet very appetiteful and complete, bcp of choice and quality, nothing was missing. With regard to the welcome, very discreet and pleasant. Very clean, modern, comfortable and appealing hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great. You have there everything you need including a fridge and a small cooking corner. There is a nice gym and it is a stone throw from the tram station (T13). The place is very reasonably priced too. Walking to the center of town is around 10 minutes, but you have everything next to the hotel if you wish. There breakfast is nice but a bit pricy. Go to the boulangerie and have a great cake or sandwich. We loved the place.

The hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.

Un accueil correct, pas de repas sur place et pas trop de conseil pour trouver un restaurant. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec des produits de qualité. Une chambre propre , suffisamment grande avec un chauffage d'appoint éfficace. Une situation géographique très calme et un super parking. Promenades à pieds sympathiques. Plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre très apprécié!

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel and it was good quality. There was an issue with the hotel as they had cancelled our room due to some confusion. This was resolved but took some time and was nerve racking for us on the day we arrived but the manager did well in getting us a room in mid April half term. The pool was nice but we had an incident where some male guests were taking pictures of my young daughters in the pool, even with me there and making me feel uncomfortable. I raised this issue with the manager and he said he would look into but nothing was done and no feedback was given back to me - this is very worrying! My thoughts are good hotel, good location, some staff are really good but needs to work on customer service for important incidents involving young children. Makes me think that I would be cautious letting kids run around in this hotel and pool alone thus please be warned. Breakfast was not bad but not out of this world and restaurants around hotel are good.

Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean.
