The hotel itself is "okay" however, the staff are extremely rude and unwilling to assist their clients, their "twin room" is a double bed and a sofa. The bathroom doors have slats in it so you cannot shower in private, there is no fan or window in the toilet and the aircon doesn't work.

The infrastructure isn't that bad. The breakfast isn't included and is very expensive (for 3 people, it's 54 Euros/day). The room is well cleaned, but we had some issues with the shower. We asked for some itens (towels, for example) and they did not give to us. Some attendants are very polite, but others not... It is not the place I'd recommend for tourists, because it is not really near the train station (and when you have a child, logistics is everything), and if you plan to use the train, I'd not reccommend using it at night. Maybe after the olympics and all the constructions are finished, it may be a better place to stay. For the price we payed, I bet we could get a better place to stay (near the center of Paris, for instance)

The hotel is nice and the suit was specious for our family, however, the location is extremely bad, and dangerous, full of homeless people, criminals and ************, to an extent that even Uber drivers used to lock their cars and close their windows as soon as they reach near the hotel.

I have no idea how this hotel was rated as a 4 star, but it is absolutely not. Surrounding area is very dirty, panhandling is overwhelming outside the hotel. The homeless shelter occupants nearby are very present and we had to walk past individuals smoking *************, just to get to the metro station. Despite my efforts to switch hotels, I was unable to without losing money. It's far from everything and takes about a 30-45 minute mult-train metro ride to get to the city center. I do not typically leave reviews but I had to with this one. Please be advised, this hotel is more akin to an American hourly motel than a four star anything!! Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. People had to shuffle down the stairs. We had to buy fans because it was so hot in the room. Just awful. The whole experience was awful. Luckily, we stayed out of the room site seeing most of the day but hated to even go back there each night

Stayed here for 3 nights as easy access (30mins walk) to Stade du France. Metro/Tram into Paris is only a few mins walk but those few mins are some of the worst I’ve experienced - especially in the evening. The place is next to the Periphique and the walk entails dodging the bridge dwellers and their pavement toilet/*********ing/fighting/intimidation etc. Not the hotels fault but there no alternative route and not somewhere you want to be walking with kids at night (and the hotel’s core appeal is to families. The situation may improve in 2024 when the adjacent arena is finished and road layout is changed but for me I would return if wanting to do Paris but for a single night for an event at Stade du France it’s fine. Also not the easiest from the airport - direct taxi at €60 or nearly 90mins by public transport with changes and the hotel reception staff not of the normal Novotel standard

Had a horrible start of the day, the property has No fresh breakfast,its sourced from a third party , its worse than a BUDGET HOTEL. they didnt even had choice of breakfast, nothing for vegans/vegeterians.... Air condtionioong doesnt work. You cant ask more, its a useless and no value for money. I wasted my money here.
