The hotel’s location was great, and we had a sea-view room which was really beautiful. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the facilities were fine, nothing special.

Good location with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Hotel/rooms are outdated and need a refurb.
A false fire alarm activated at 3am and woke everyone up 😂 and again at 8:30am. The staff didn’t seem to be surprised.
For the price find other accommodation.

Lovely old hotel, still a lovely place but, sadly, showing it's age in some minor areas (aren't we all!).
Excellent, helpful and attentive Staff.
Good selection of food, well presented and very enjoyable.
We stayed for one night, on two occasions, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Many thanks to the Management and Staff.

Breakfast was surprisingly large portions, good cooked quality. Cold buffet was limited. Service was a bit slow. Bed was very comfy. Good to have a window that opened and a fan in the bedroom. Had dinner in the restaurant first night and the chicken was delicious. TV channels in the room were limited depending on the weather. Good option for Penzance as a base then use the bus to get around.
