Poorly trained skeleton staffing levels. Outdoor pool does not make it 4 star. Food poor. Drink limited. Nicely decorated room with good views - but worst of the 5 hotels we stayed in. I’d look elsewhere

非常美麗的酒店，衞生好，服務好，早餐也很美味，安靜又便捷，距離彭贊斯火車站步行5分鐘，公交車周邊也很豐富，17去st ives小鎮，Lands去Minack Theater, U4去聖邁克爾山，從小鎮16或者160也可以回酒店
步行10分鐘有一家非常好吃的餐廳，Alverne Restaurant & Lounge
前後10分鐘步行距離內，都有Tesco，很方便

酒店位置挺方便，有個自己的小院可以停車，設施一般，在網上訂的房間是1.8米的大床，給的卻是1.5米的床，跟前台要求了，第二天換了一個大一點兒的房間，所以訂的時候要問清楚。

這裡有很好的房間，很好的環境，熱情的前台。但是最讓人震驚的是就在我出門吃早飯的時間，我在房間裏的現金被偷了，我不知道是什麼人闖進我的房間的，酒店也沒有在房間走廊安裝監控，安全設施另我擔憂，導致我接下來在酒店住的非常緊張，我確定我的現金流是在房間被偷的，但是沒有人能幫助我。我認為對於旅行者來説，酒店就是他們的第二個家，但這個家明顯不太安全，特別是對於我這個外國人來説，我來英國已經3年了，這是我第一次被偷錢，很失望😥

酒店在上坡上，爬坡很費勁，但是房間和酒店超級優雅，如同住進豪華的家，鋼琴客廳會客室都有，餐廳的晚餐味道非常好，在當地排名4星級餐廳！非常棒的住宿體驗！
