A Well appointed family suite (no.7), and a convenient location for walks into St Ives. Advertised partner amenities (Spa), aren’t in keeping with the main facilities, ‘Una Spa’ isn’t up to standard of the rest of the facilities and is 10 minutes drive away, very. Crowded and a little tired. The onsite hot tub was not available due to storm damage, although advertised as being available to book. On site team very helpful. A nice relaxing stay, but would benefit from on-site health and fitness facilities.

We liked everything! The apartment was exactly what we needed. A very quiet place. 10-15 minutes walking from two beaches.

I would like to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in the UK. Everything perfect and extremely ask for anyone to stay with them.

Absolutely beautiful setting for my husbands 50th birthday. We went to the Manor Grill where you have the option to be seated in a dome in the garden with views over the bay through the trees. Staff called to confirm allergies beforehand and Neil was on hand when we arrived to ensure service went smoothly. We ate the most delicious food cooked by chef Kai who plated locally sourced fresh produce. We will definitely recommend and return.

Michelin bbq food, hide away from sight! We came to eat here after hearing great things, so glad we did. The service we had from Neil was fantastic, casual but professional. We met chef kai, so nice to to see so much passion. The food is a master class in bbq cooking, dish designs and flavours I've not seen before. We had the monkfish curry, so complex with spices but a simple delivery, the beer brined beef fillet another stand out. Has to be the best kept secret in St Ives, which is a real shame. They deserve to be packed with customers, but we had the full attention of the two greatest guys we've met whilst being down here....well done guys!

The manor rooms and location are lovely. Booking in was not simple and was a tad confusing. The apartment was lacking basics such as washing up liquid, coffee pods, no frying pan, broken bag rest, no tv remote in room. Small stuff but important at £650 a night! The manor grill however was outstanding. The perfect delivery of service, food and price. From the starters to the sweet it was sublime. The best food we have tasted in years and we are well travelled. The host was excellent, good humoured polite to the enth degree and entirely professional. The food portions were just right and the flavours amazing. Very few carbs but totally filling. We will be back.

We came here for dinner one evening and had the most delicious meal. Easily the best mussels we’ve had to date in Cornwall, some interesting side dishes and the fillet steak main was absolutely incredible. If you’re in Carbis Bay or St Ives I strongly suggest you check it out while it is here, V special food. Excellent service too and a nice conversation with the chef. Many thanks.

We went for dinner at The Manor Grill as a group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). The menu was great and suited everyone with some tailored fish dishes. The portions are very generous with international flavors; The lamb was excellent, sardines a real treat, the steak was delicious and tender and the children’s meals suited each age. The gardens were an ideal setting to enjoy a great meal.
