We liked everything! The apartment was exactly what we needed. A very quiet place. 10-15 minutes walking from two beaches.

I would like to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in the UK. Everything perfect and extremely ask for anyone to stay with them.

The concierge staff were extraordinary. They took care of our every need were so full of suggestions. Really felt well cared for. The property is gorgeous and spacious. The washer/dryer was a Godsend. Fifteen minutes or seven pounds for a taxi which we did when it rained. Otherwise the coastal path takes you right to town. Tiny bit steep in places but a path all the way.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with sea views. The apartment has been recently refurbished, everything is lovely. The rooms are large, a spacious kitchen diner with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and immediate hot water. The decor in the manor is lovely, the service is great. Parking on site with 2 EV chargers. It's in a perfect location, can walk via the coastal path or main road to Carbis Bay or St Ives. It's closer to St Ives than Carbis but both are walkable (20 mins to Carbis on the main road, 15 mins into the heart of St Ives). The closest beach is Porthminster which is 10 mins walk. This used to be Treylohan Residence managed by Carbis Estate if that helps for those who stayed previously. You get complimentary access to Una spa which was great on a rainy day. Outdoor and indoor pool, kids and adult pools, sauna, steam room. We loved the stay here, it felt secluded and private and gave us space for our 3 year old to run around without having to be cramped into a hotel room or small rental. It's self catered with no on site restaurant so just need to plan meals. There's a tesco close by (closes at 8pm). We had such a nice time that we are already thinking about when we would come back

We discovered this property on *******, although the listing didn’t initially display the name, which gave us pause. It was described simply as a “Coastal 2-bed lodge with sea views, 24hr concierge, and a short walk to beaches.” While the description was accurate, the lack of branding suggested it might be a private listing rather than a professionally managed property. Upon reviewing the contact information, we were able to identify the company behind it. Interestingly, booking directly through their website turned out to be more economical—we received an additional 15% off their already lower direct price, compared to the higher rate listed on *******. The apartment itself was immaculate, with stunning sea views and a calming, homely atmosphere. The bedding was luxurious, and the interior design throughout the property was beautifully considered—particularly the state-of-the-art kitchen and the striking glass chandelier that greets you as you ascend to the upper floor. The transformation from the “before” images we came across was remarkable—a real credit to the designer. There was a faint plumbing odor upon arrival, but it quickly dissipated after preparing a meal, and it didn’t affect our overall experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A cordless vacuum would have been a welcome addition for those staying longer, to help maintain the pristine floors. We stayed for a short visit and didn’t explore housekeeping options. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed coastal retreat, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Treloyhan Manor – it truly is a hidden gem tucked away in the most beautiful surroundings. The building itself is full of character, with elegant original features and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the views over the gardens and the sea in the distance was a real treat. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee in the room. The location is ideal – far enough from the centre of St Ives to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to walk into town via the stunning coastal path. The beach is also just a short stroll away, and the views along the way are simply breathtaking. The staff were brilliant – friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests are happy. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling totally relaxed and already planning our next visit!
