Looked dirty and in need of maintenance from the outside, Reception friendly, but room was dirty, and in need of repair, toilet disgusting. Restaurant manager? was curt and uninterested, food Ok, young waitress very good

Nice suprise. Modestly looking hotel with rooms as to be expected but friendly staff and VERY GOOD food at very affordable prices. Located near to the highway direction pyrenées but close enough to the city of Tours to go for a quick discovery.

Great position just across the river from the city centre so had parking. Fabulous service including happily allowing us enjoy some drinks from the bar despite it being outside of official opening hours. Could do with a bit of work on the outside for increased kerbside appeal.

Hotel uniquement ok pour un passage. La salle de bain est dans la chambre mais sans aération, le wc y est placé pour des personnes à jambes très courtes. La baignoire est étroite et le jet dépasse la vitre de protection. Les lits sont confortables mais il n'y a pas de climatiseur (un ventilateur oui) et pour le 1er étage, la seule fenêtre à ouvrir est une porte: bonjour la possibilité de laisser ouvert! Le personnel de jour en semaine est efficace et agréable. Mais les "adultes" du soir et du week-end sont soit muets soit limite politesse. Il y a un net problème de professionnalisme. Les repas sont bons et copieux. Mais ça ne compense pas le reste. A éviter si vous y passez un séjour...aussi au vu de sa situation en pleine zone économique, donc pas de flânerie en bonne saison. Et le bar ferme à 21h30!

No es un hotel, es un hostal de carretera, viejo y en pésimas condiciones. Evitarlo porque es una vergüenza que este establecimiento tenga tres estrellas. Además lejos del centro y al lado de una carretera por lo que por la noche es imposible dormir. Por salvar algo, la atención de uno de los recepcionistas que fue amabilísimo y hasta nos ayudó a buscar un restaurante.
