The room is quite large, clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast has both Western and Japanese styles and is nutritious. The service staff are very friendly.

ビジネスホテルだと思っていたので以外と綺麗なお部屋でした
レストランもビュッフェでしたがヘルシーメニューもあり、こども（小学3年）も食べれました。白米が美味しいお米だったらもっと良かったです。

It is a good hotel, oriented to Japanese. English is limited, the rooms are average size, amenities are more limited when compared to western hotel standards. The location is great, next to the Sagami-ono station and the limousine bus service to the international airports. Food options are limited for westerners - heavily Japanese-oriented cuisine and only open for breakfast. However, there are a number of other restaurant options in the adjoining mall we could have pursued.
