Days Inn by Wyndham Safford, AZ

I called the hotel a day or two before my trip asking about the amenities and telling the hotel clerk that I choose Days Inn because they had a hot tub, allowed dogs and included breakfast. Upon checking in, I was told that they are phasing out the breakfast so only a few items are still being offered. During my stay, I was told the hot tub wasn't likely working but it was going to be fixed. Also, I could not find an appropriate waste bin to dispose of my dog's bagged feces. I did not want to put the bags in the trash receptacles along the room walkways. Upon checking out, turns out they knew about the vanity light that was continually flickering but the handyman had not gotten around to replacing it yet. The rooms have been updated with new tile, bedding and paint but the hotel overall is lackluster and needs more care and maintenance. I will not be staying there again.

Great people and customer service

Staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice enough but not very clean. Hair in the shower and used soap and a finger nail clipping on the bedside table. Linens were nice and clean

We stayed 7 nights. We were gone from dawn to dark every day. Our room was never cleaned or attended to. I had to call front desk and get towels after 4 days and again after 6 days. the desk clerk delivered them about 8 PM . I called the front desk at about 8 PM on the 6th night and asked to speak with the manager. She was not available. I asked to have her call me when she returned. I am still waiting for that call 6 days later. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Will not ever stay at a days Inn again.

The room was spotless. The staff made our stay enjoyable - especially Trevor and Ciena who went out of their way to help us. We enjoyed their hot tub and heated swimming pool.

I thought this place was great. Big room, very clean with fridge, micro, big bathroom. I didn't even need to bother getting my own pillows out because these were super premium. Also, it had a very clean hot tub and heated pool, which was a real treat. I'll definitely come back here again next time I have the urge to go to Mt Graham.

The Rooms are recently renovated and are looking really nice. The Beds are new and Comfortable.

Room was clean. Staff were great. The only bad thing is put food in th refrigerator only to have it good bad because the refrigerator and microwave had no place to plug in to.

I’ve stayed there twice. Reasonable rates and friendly people. I do wish there was a better breakfast but as they remodel perhaps that is something they have planned
