The hotel was just fine for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The best feature was room service until 11:00, which was great, since we arrived after the restaurant had closed. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable. HOWEVER, do not, under any circumstances use the free shuttle to Orly. The shuttle stops at many hotels between the Best Western and Orly. When we boarded the shuttle it was already quite full. At each stop, the driver allowed every passenger and their luggage aboard, well past when it was totally and dangerously beyond full until it was literally (this is not hyperbole) impossible to move. Even without covid and most passengers unmasked it was an accident waiting to happen. I would absolutely advise the hotel, actually all of the hotels on the shuttle route, to discontinue using the service for hotel guests. Do yourselves a huge favor and take a cab!!!

Very close to the airport, the hotel has a good environment and convenient parking. The hotel staff is very welcoming and very friendly. In addition, there are a lot of buses going out, and it is very convenient to go to the big shopping malls nearby.

The reception guys are liars. we agreed to a reduced price to upgrade the rooms while checking in. Later our credit card was charged with a higher amount. On talking with the same guys who agreed to lower the price, they turned to white lies and completely refused to have any sort of discussion. We checked out asking if everything is clear on payment (we paid city taxes by cash and agreed reduced price for the upgrade), at that point, they were aligned about the price but later they charged an additional fee for the upgrade saying we never agreed for reduction. CHEATING AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR

Booked this hotel for practical reasons as it is close to Orly airport and offers shuttle service. The hotel had 3 stars and I cannot see how they could have obtained them... Hotel is worn, noisy and offers very little except parisian prices. The lack of elevator makes you carry your luggage up narrow, dirty and unlight external stairs. Would not recommend and will never return.

It is a decent hotel located very near the Orly airport. The rooms are extremely small and there is a musty smell in the elevators. But the service is good (esp by French standards for hotels). Buffet breakfast is good with lots of choice (even by Asian hotel standards). Overall a good place to stay if you are looking for a budget hotel in orly

We arrived in the night from 15/01 to 16/01 and we were very well welcomed by the receptionist that I found pleasant and very professional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable for a cheap hotel, the earrings were not terrible. The hotel is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here recently with my family, as apart of our first holiday together to France. We had a beautiful stay, we loved how modern the hotel was and the overall level of customer service we experienced from whole team, was truly exceptional! Every member of staff that my family and I met at the hotel, were amazing and went out their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Aninetta who checked us in was really friendly, and upgraded my room which was really nice and much appreciated. Paul was very helpful, resolving my payment issues, and he has great personality which we loved. I must give mention to Adriane, as she was amazing with my little one and she works very hard by herself. Lastly, I would also like thank to Karen and Sheila, who were also very pleasant and helpful during our stay. The staff were all amazing. We truly loved staying at the hotel, and we will definitely come here when we next visit France. My family and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

We stayed here for 3 nights end of Dec, perfect location for exploring Bordeaux. Roman’s were very clean and spacious. We had two adjoining apartments which was perfect for us. Breakfast is brilliant and very good value for money and good quality. It caters for Europeans as well as Americans. There are hot and cold options and nice coffee. We had a minor issue which Julie at reception was very quick to deal with. She was very efficient and an asset to the hotel. We have already recommended this hotel to others and hopefully will come back again soon.
