Check and check out with very unpleasant recepionist/waiter. Didnt speak english, unhelpful, annoyed with our presence, no greetings, didnt provide any snacks to bier. He charged us for ,,city tax” even though booking already took that.

The breakfast is great, especially with the buffet on the weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need some urgent renovations and updating.

Although I made reservation through *********** with creditcard we received email with palmentuin request 5 mi utes later another email Thatcher as we did not PayPal our reservatie was not valid. Called hotel and *********** but both could not solve it straight away how stupid is this? Withactual arrival no excuses for this too..

We stayed for 1 night during our trip towards Croatia. Large rooms, beautiful hotel and surrounding. Good breakfast and nice personnel. I would definately recommend this hotel. Nice village is very close

The hotel overlooks the golf course, so is quiet. It’s about 20 mins walk into the town, but the bus stop is at the end of the drive . We had the half board option ( four course evening meal & buffet breakfast) both very good The staff were hardworking & spoke good English We would stay again

Leider konnten wir aus Krankheitsgründen nicht anreisen. Gebucht war eine Nacht !! Das Hotel war nicht bereit eine kostenlose Stornierung zu akzeptieren. Selbst das Frühstück, was ja nun nicht in Anspruch genommen werden konnte, sollte bezahlt werden. Auch die Bitte, doch einen Gutschein für eine neue, nächste Übernachtung in Zukunft aus zu stellen, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Service und Verständniss sehen anders aus.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Treppe bereitete ein wenig Schwierigkeiten da mein Mann nach einer doppelseitigen Lungenembolie sehr kurzatmig ist. Man hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen wofür wir dankbar waren.

Sehr ruhiger Ort - toll zum Ausruhen, mit reichhaltigem Frühstück, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Golfplatz, das Skigebiet ist 15 Autominuten und die Stadt 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
