Hotel is never a 4 star in a million years. 2 STAR IBIS IS BETTER No Iron or board in room No fridge No coffee making facilities Breakfast is the most basic I’ve ever seen in my life of staying in hotels for 50 years. Parking is safe under the hotel Rooms are clean but been damaged Bathroom door smashed and shower holder rod ripped off and stuck under sink . When staff was told. The reply was. There’s nothing I can do. All in all I WOUDNT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND it to friends

Eric on reception very helpful and friendly, lovelyclean room, comfy bed and peaceful calm hotel, lovely view from room. Very comfotable hotel would definetely recommend it, 10 minutes walk to rer station to take train inter central paris

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to and I travel a lot. We had to change rooms twice: first room had filthy bed sheets with bits of hair all over, the second room had air conditioning problems and even the third room we settled in had the sink 70% blocked and despite my numerous complaints no one attended to this issue. At this point we gave up on changing rooms as it seems all rooms in this hotel have one or more problems . The limited toiletries were never updated daily or the coffee or toilet rolls unless you asked. The is no management at all in this hotel and if there is,it is very much incompetent and does not care.This hotel left us very disappointed with our Paris trip. We were refunded one night after many complaints, but this has in no way compensated us for a 5 day ruined holiday.

Unexpected hotel in a green environment, quite close to the station and to the town center. Nice decoration in the vast bedrooms (ca 20 m2 so close to Paris!) with historical reminders of the history of Rueil Malmaison. Hotel quite clean et breakfast with good quality products (mostly local) Very good value for the money for our1 night-stay on a Weekend.

Excellent hospitality, very professional. A beautiful large quiet room, overlooking a garden. Door isolating the bedroom from the hallway. Separate toilets. Quality products in the bathroom.
