"The car parking is excellent - far better than most hotels in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area. The Hotel room was not huge, but comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was fine and super clean if not super modern. The staff were all amazing. The breakfast team, reception team were extremely helpful and polite. Great breakfast, although room service, whilst quick enough was not the best meal I have had... Smart TV's are a real plus and the grounds are amazing. All in all think this is a great option and will stay again"

"We stay at this Premier Inn several times a year when visiting family, and have done so for the past four years. We’ve always had a good experience but the team during this visit was exceptional. Every member of staff we interacted with was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was exactly what we needed. Which counts for a lot when travelling with young children. There was a real sense that they cared about the guest experience, not just doing their jobs. I spent a few evenings working in the bar area, and the atmosphere they created was welcoming and consistently well-managed. It made a real difference to our stay. I really hope this feedback reaches the right people, as they are a huge credit to the hotel and to Premier Inn as a whole."

"Hotel is strict with 3 PM checked in. Unfortunately, it was the hottest day and we had the room number one which facing west & boiling hot.  Aircon didn’t work in the room, staff had to put 3 fans & a portable AC but didn’t do much.  Went out the whole day when back at night our room was still boiling hot measured 28’c.  The lady manger was helpful but not much she can do to help cool down the room.  The hotel was kind enough to offer 50% off our room rate upon check out."

The Tunbridge Wells Hotel

"It’s in a great location for all you want in a town. It has a cool vibe & a nice buzz.  I was welcomed warmly, but disappointed to discover at check-in my room was on the 5th floor & no lift! A disability prevents me from doing many stairs. I was offered an upgrade for an extra £20, so I paid. (In hindsight feel this is a common practice & felt a bit conned). I then found out I still had 2 flights of stairs to the first floor!! 😩 The room was spacious & tastefully decorated as you will see by the photos. A spare bed in the room, great for families. Nice coffee & tea facilities.  I found the room very cold, so told a member of staff & asked if the heating was coming on or what could they do, I never heard from anyone in response, so was very cold in the evening.  If you don’t like to be cold & lots of stairs are a problem don’t book.  If those are not a problem then it’s a characterful hotel, with a great restaurant. Just avoid being talked into an upgrade!!!"
