Great stay, no issues. Everything worked perfectly. Good stay

The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming, making our stay feel homey. The hotel has a nice touch with games for kids downstairs in the lobby, which was a big hit with our little ones. However, the rooms were a bit narrow, which felt a tad cramped. The location was okay, not too far from the underground, but not super central either. One thing that didn't quite work for us was the cleaning schedule - we didn't get room cleaning until we left, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the overall cleanness of the property could be improved. Overall, it's a decent option with great staff, but could do with some tweaks.

Great location, 10 minute walk from Greenwich centre and well served by busses, trains and the underground. The Aparthotel was comfortable and the rooms well insulated so no road noise. Each room has a fridge, hob, a combi microwave and Nespresso machine. The tv was great as it a cast facility to connect media apps from a phone or laptop. The check in staff, especially Maddie, were great, very efficient and responsive to all queries

Service was good, asked to change the room due to it smelling like cigarettes and was changed immediately. Quick customer service, would recommend

First room had a very unpleasant smell, when I let reception know they were happy to check me into another room. You get what you pay for. Beds are comfy and second room was very clean, close to some decent places in Peckham to order via uber eats. Would prefer if the shower was more than just an overhead one, to make showering easier.

Clean, modern, and well-located accommodation. Easy access to transport, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with useful amenities. A solid option for staying in Greenwich.

The location is good. Room is small but it is fine because we don’t stay much time in the room.

Everything was great, nice and clean and we had great help from Harry at reception with the parking. Will be back.

Large and spacious room with comfy bed and contemporary decour. Brilliantly located a few mins walk from Greenwich overground and only 10mins or so from central Greenwich and the DLR. Staff were friendly and helpful. Every area I experienced was very clean. For those staying on longer trips, the small kitchen facilities were well equipped for snack and small meal preparation. Would certainly stay here again.
