Close to major attractions, everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff.

The room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window. We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff! The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.

Overall, it's good.

Super hostel

One of the worst experience ever, no air conditioner and they solve this with two fans, what a mess

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard, and the lighting wasn't bright enough. Hygiene was okay, but there were no coffee amenities. The location is quite central, and the service was decent. Most facilities were available, so it's basically passable.

Pretty decent price might not be the cleanest tidiest place but the location is close to the train station so that’s very convenient

Room (twin room) was clean, room was ready very early and we even received bananas and water for the marathon which was really nice + the bed was comfortable. Location is also good, near the central station and city centre. We sadly had a really bad sleep here because people (not sure if they were guests or staff) kept slamming doors very loudly on our floor through the night, as late as 4 pm. It kept waking us up, even while wearing earplugs. The hallway isn’t soundproof enough.

The 6-person room was fine; it's not huge, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The beds were reasonably good, and the room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which we reported. Check-in took a long time, even though it was digital and self-service.

My bed was occupied by a homeless person from outside, and the charging facility was broken. I switched to another room, only to find a drunk homeless person passed out on my bed again. I had to call security to remove a total of three individuals who didn't belong in the room. The hygiene conditions were appalling, and the entire room reeked. This is the first time I've encountered such extreme conditions in a hostel; I simply couldn't tolerate it.

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! So annoying!! Also everything in the room reminds you you're in budget place, the bathroom door in my door and the wall had some writings, they never bothered to repaint these. The window does not properly close and has no lock mechanism, but they assume given that my room was not on the street it's ok to leave it like that. They use "mattress covers" as bed sheet, while usually most other hotels/hostel have soft sheets for comfort on top of the mattress cover that serves as a protection for the mattress (usually spill proof, etc). The people are nice, tho can't complain about them, also you might be luckier and end up in a better room, so my personal experience with the hotel overall and the facilites was mediocre, but it might depend on your luck.

The location is ok. Helpful staff and great service. Clean beds and rooms. The only cons I can say is the kitchen was dirty and less utensils for cooking, eating and etc. The overall experience was ok.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. Calling it a “hostel” is generous—it’s more like a rundown shelter with barely any amenities. No proper facilities, everything feels neglected, and nothing works the way it should. And the breakfast? An absolute joke. Overpriced, low-quality, and not even remotely worth it. I’ve had better food from a vending machine. To make things worse, the place is clearly infested with mice. Hearing scratching at night and worrying about your belongings is not exactly what anyone signs up for. The atmosphere is just as bad. Most of the residents seem to be long-term occupants who make the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It doesn’t feel safe or clean, and definitely not like a place meant for travelers. I highly, highly do NOT recommend staying here. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the regret—book literally anywhere els!.

Worth the money, was only here overnight so ideal, lack of any storage in room far from ideal, no lockers but you could store behind reception if needed, I didn’t get there till 11 pm so just put my bag beside my head as I was getting up early anyway but not convenient if staying more than that
