Decrepit run down dive. Only half a dirty torn up curtain over west facing kitchenette window allowing the sun to heat the place up like an oven. As well as letting the neighbors have a good look in. No soap of any kind in the bathroom. Shower head seals were shot and water sprayed over the curtain, up on the ceiling and was useless as intended. Pointed all this out to the on duty staff and no remedy of any kind was offered. Hole in the shower wall, moulding between bathtub and wall was separated, and mould was present. Brutal.

It is convenient to thermal pool and everywhere

I liked the warm room and the swimming pool, where I was able to see the stars in the night sky.

The large pool outside was not heated it was freezing 1 out of 2 mineral spa rooms were not accessible due to a broken window and glass in the pool had i known this i never would have booked we booked here especially for the heated pool.

The motel building is a bit old, so it looks like dirty. The bath towels are old as well. The bath mineral water looks dirty as well, so didn’t go in. My friend knows the owner, so it should be a good stay.

The place was disgusting and falling apart. Spiders making homes in the oven and in the corners of the rooms, shower/bath had mold growing around the tub, bed covers had some kind of stains on them, the thermal pool looked like it had never been maintained. We will NEVER book or recommend this place EVER!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

This is a really bad motel. (1) The lights wouldn't turn on in some rooms. (2) The Wi-Fi was slow. (3) The shower clasp was loose and couldn't be fixed. (4) The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. (5) The heater wouldn't turn on, even on cold days. (6) There was blood on the bedspread. (7) The manager wasn't there even though I arrived during reception hours. (8) The manager wasn't there even after 8am, so I couldn't return the key. (9) It said there was a natural hot spring, but in fact the facilities were unusable. It's strange that they're still open when there are so many problems. It's a breach of contract, especially since I made a reservation because it said there was a natural hot spring, but there wasn't one.

The room is clean and tidy, very comfortable, suitable for two families or a few friends to stay together, it is worth recommending. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

The motel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced a lot of useful information. Thank you again!

I can only say it was a disaster. I was shocked when I returned to the hotel at 10 o'clock after participating in the event. If the child hadn't fallen asleep, we would have changed rooms that night. Ctrip marked renovation in 2023, which is not an exaggeration to decorate a hotel in the 1980s. There were all kinds of flying insects on the bed and on the sink, and there was no hot water for half of the bath. I will pursue the responsibility to the end and require Ctrip to refund and compensate. The cover is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. Domestic tourists must not make reservations and worry about their journey.

The room is very nice and the transportation is very convenient.
