Check in person was ok. Facilities were dirty…bags of trash in the hallway for hours. water all over the floors & elevator all day & all night. Never figured out was the water due to ppl in & out the pool. When we 1st arrived around 5pm we couldn’t use our jacuzzi due to no hot water. Tried 4 hours later & was successful. Jacuzzi was clean but the bathtub in the bathroom had paint chips and or dirt.

Okay stay cleaner hotel than most in the area. Busy for breakfast in the morning in the surrounding area. Overall satisfaction with stay and price.

The room was so dirty!! There was blood stains on the pillow and the cover. There was spider webs all over the ceiling. The sheets had unknown stains. And the shower was very dirty.. 2/10

The biggest down fall for me was that the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I ended up cleaning myself to feel comfortable. Faucet visibly dirty and toilet had dirt and hair on it. The bathroom floor was sticky when I walked in to check the area.
The elevator and my room key also wasn’t working properly at one point. After a good self clean it was ok.

Apparently no maintenance man available to repair our broken door hinges. Had to lift up the room entry door to get it to close and lock.

Very filthy. U get what u pay for the jacuzzi was down pool was so dirty. Next morning look like throw up in the pool and it was over flowing. The rain was dripping through the ceiling

Staff was pretty decent, hotel is gross reeks of ****. Everything was dirty beds, doors, bathroom, tables, I didn’t want to lay any of our stuff anywhere.

Was not impressed. Actually left one day early and paid for a hotel somewhere else because of how disgusting the hotel was
