"Is very 5 star hotel and service is very high class. The room is also very clean. However, the room is abit squeezy but overall is good experience. One night SGD 160 is quite reasonable. The concierge team is very experience and friendly in helping us find a 24 hour clinic. The view at floor 25 is really good. They have an infinity pool at the rooftop which can see the whole of HCMC cityview."

"The location is good, not far from the the might market. The room was a lil bit dirty, when I checked in it was hair on the floor and the drain of the sink in the bathroom was too slow. And the swimming was also dirty, in the morning it was the empty beer can inside of the swimming pool. But the view from the top of the hotel was really great. In general, for 1-2 nights it was ok."

"The room was a decent size, had everything I needed, and was very clean. However, the curtains were poorly designed, letting in light on both sides (see photo). I arrived late at night, and by the time I was settled, it was already 1 AM. As a result, I was woken up by the light at 6 AM. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Asian and Western options. There's also a restaurant on the third floor where you can have lunch and dinner, and the prices are reasonable. Many local Vietnamese families dine there. The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, making it a good choice overall. My only complaint is that the front desk captain was unfriendly and unsmiling."

"We booked a Signature River View room. The room was well-equipped, though not quite as good as an Atour Hotel in China, but the service was truly excellent! Booking this room type gave us complimentary access to the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. From 3 PM to 5 PM, there's free food and drinks there – their cashews are particularly delicious! From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, they have cocktails (but we didn't go, haha). There's free laundry service daily and chocolates left for you at night. The service really is top-notch! The hotel breakfast is more Western-style but very extensive, and we all loved it. The hotel's location is unbeatable – within walking distance of The Cafe Apartment, City Hall, the Opera House, and the night bus pick-up point. The Fine Arts Museum and Ben Thanh Market also seem to be within walking distance. The Pink Church and Independence Palace are just a short taxi ride away, very close. Downstairs, there are plenty of massage shops and restaurants, and there's also a currency exchange next door, so it's super convenient!"

"The hotel was a pleasant surprise, and overall, I was very satisfied. **Amenities:** The hotel's ***** New Year decorations created a wonderful festive atmosphere. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, with loungers, hammocks, and even sand. Ho Chi Minh City was so hot during the Spring Festival that we simply relaxed by the pool on loungers in the afternoon. In the evenings, there was live music, and the kids had a blast playing in the water. **Service:** It was unexpectedly excellent! We received welcome drinks and snacks upon check-in. The front desk staff and bellhops were incredibly warm and welcoming to us. It was lovely to see them making an effort to learn Chinese and communicate with us. **Food & Drink:** The afternoon tea was fantastic, and there was even traditional instrumental music playing. Breakfast also featured special ***** New Year dishes, and the à la carte options were delicious. **Cleanliness:** The room was tidy, and both the elderly and children were very pleased."

"The room was very clean. It's about a 700-meter walk from the airport, but the walking route is incredibly difficult to navigate. When we left the airport, our phones couldn't get a signal, and even after buying a local SIM card, it still wouldn't work. We couldn't use navigation or book a Grab ride. We ended up just guessing our way there by looking at the map, and it was indeed about 700-800 meters. However, I wouldn't recommend walking."

"Loved the location! There's a large shopping mall right next door, and it's a modern, gated community, feeling very European, with pool access. The apartment itself is spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's even a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a balcony. My very particular family members really enjoyed their stay in this complex. It's a Vinpearl residential complex, so everything is very accessible and well-thought-out. We didn't regret staying here one bit. You can get to the city center by taxi for about 40-50k VND, and to the airport for around 100k VND. The photos are accurate. The only downside is they don't understand English, but they do use a translator. It's best to inform them of your check-in and check-out times in advance."

"A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic. The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere. Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible."

"Stayed there for 2 nights. Location is good and convenient, close to many cafe, restaurants and Ben Tanh market. Taxis and Grab are easily available. Booked a deluxe room, size wise it is good enough. The staff is pretty friendly. Bathroom is a little tight. Hot water is a little inconsistent, need to let the water run for a while before it gets hot. The central AC is very good and powerful. Bed is very huge, I think it is made up of 2 double beds. Overall, it is definitely good enough for a work trip hotel."

"My biggest fear when staying somewhere is that the place itself is fine, but there are always little things that annoy you. This place didn't have any of those issues. The water temperature was normal, the air conditioning wasn't noisy, and the room wasn't dirty. It's not an 'outstanding' kind of good, but it's the kind of good that makes you feel comfortable."
