"Honestly, I can't praise this place enough! The expansive lawn was absolutely stunning and perfect for beautiful photos. Another fantastic service is that the hotel can assist you in contacting nearby restaurants, many of which offer complimentary shuttle services for pick-up and drop-off. We also made sure to try out all the free amenities the hotel provided."

"This single-family home is perfect for a family trip! Both the elderly and children were very satisfied. There are two points that could be improved: 1. The airport drop-off time was a bit short, and 2. The buffet dinner was average."

"The room and hygiene were both good, and the bathtub was great for photos. I originally booked an elegant room but was upgraded to a pool room for an additional 3.5 million Vietnamese Dong. I was told a 50-minute spa was included, but for some reason, they said it was only 30 minutes, and they didn't mention I could get a complimentary essential oil bath setup. After the spa, I asked the front desk if they could set one up for free, and they told me a rose essential oil bath would cost 155,000 Vietnamese Dong, and it wasn't a daily spa but one per stay! The hotel's internal communication and ordering system was also broken; it only worked when I first logged in. As soon as I clicked on 'communication' in the top right, it just said 'upgrading' and became unusable. So I ended up going to the front desk to order food, which wasted a lot of time. The mini-zoo was also tiny, with just a few sheep, a few pigs, and lots of chickens – not attractive or fun at all. The hotel service is still lacking. I called from my room to request housekeeping, and it took half an hour and another call to finally get someone to come! The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was delicious. However, the wooden toys on the front desk had freshly applied paint that wasn't dry, and they were just left there without any labels. My child picked one up and got paint all over their hands that wouldn't wash off. Luckily, a kind lady at the front desk used alcohol to clean it off. The overall experience was very mediocre, and I probably won't stay here again. The only good view was at the front desk! Also, everything in the minibar except the water was charged. Not good value for money!"

"This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy."

"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, including a pool, private beach, sports amenities, sauna, and recreation facilities. There's even a small cinema and a billiards room, which is a great variety. The hotel also offers bicycles and a sauna, which is a nice touch. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, one of the cleaner hotels in its class. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with a lovely private beach and lawn. It's very quiet, which I appreciate. Service: The staff were warm and friendly. They even helped decorate the room for my parents' wedding anniversary, which was very kind. Thank you. Resort Shuttle: The free airport shuttle service is excellent. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and cocktail time are great, especially as they coincide with sunset. It's a wonderful experience. The hotel staff are super good. Thanks again, I will definitely be back."

"We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead."

"Lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much. The swimming pool is beautiful and suitable for children. The staff is attentive and helpful. The food was delicious in both restaurants. The kids play had a nice outdoor environment, that would be nice to have more toys inside for raining days. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. We loved it. The spa was also very good. The buggy cars make a loud noise during all day and night, we stayed on the first floor, maybe the noise was louder because of that."

"We stayed for two nights. The hotel is new, and our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had no hooks at all. Our balcony lacked a table and chairs, and we had to request them, but they were promptly brought. Curiously, all balconies on the upper floors were unfurnished. The staff were friendly, but most didn't speak English, even at the front desk. A mobile translator proved very helpful. The buffet was wonderful – featuring various meats, seafood, grilled items, vegetables, and fruits. Dishes were constantly replenished at the serving stations, and there were no queues. The only drawback in the restaurant was the noise from the majority of Chinese guests, making it feel like a loud cafeteria. However, there's an upstairs section at the back of the hall which is quieter and less crowded. The sea is beautiful. During peak hours, sunbeds could be scarce, as there are only three rows available. The pools are clean, and the kids' water slides are great fun. The entertainment, honestly, wasn't on par with what you'd find in Turkey. There was a mini-disco for children and daytime games for adults, but it felt rather listless and uninteresting. There's also a basketball court and several pickleball courts, which are perfect for an evening game."

"All-inclusive is highly recommended. It includes not only three meals a day but also all drinks, offering excellent value. All entertainment options are plentiful and available without leaving the resort. The private beach is clean with soft sand. The hotel is mostly frequented by Europeans and Koreans, with few Chinese guests. I suggest booking a sea-view room. We originally booked garden-view rooms based on the pictures, thinking they would be on the first floor for easy access between our two families, but they were actually on the second floor of an annex. The advantage is quietness, as all the hotel's entertainment options are near the main building. If you can't get a first-floor room, I suggest avoiding garden-view and balcony rooms. The hotel staff speaks Chinese, which saves you some trouble. No deposit is required, which is very convenient. Almost everything is all-inclusive and free. The service is good, and the hotel is very clean. Excellent value for money."

"This detached villa is perfect for families traveling together. There's a shuttle service from the hotel lobby to the rooms, and you can also call for a shuttle to go to the beach. It's very close to the airport, but a bit far from the main attractions, so it's a good place to stay for a few days before moving to a hotel in the city center. The environment, service, and breakfast are all excellent. Highly recommended!"
