"The hotel is really close to Plaza Mall, Grand Mall, Thamrin Mall, and Tanah Abang, super convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The room is comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and their service is truly impressive and satisfying. They even provide a scale for weighing luggage, so you don’t have to unpack again at the airport — such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was delicious with many options, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. Definitely worth the stay — I’d love to come back again!"

"Review: 5-Star Hotel Stay – Mixed Experience. I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel Aug 2025, which, despite its grandeur, is showing its age at nearly a decade old. The property retains an elegant charm, but certain aspects left me with mixed feelings. Room and Cleanliness: The room was impressively spacious, a highlight of the stay, with a bit old decor and ample space to relax. However, the cleanliness was average at best. While the surfaces appeared tidy, there were noticeable signs of wear, and the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was a major downside. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com and reiterated this during check-in, but was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available. As a gesture, the staff upgraded me to a higher-tier room, which I appreciated, but the cigarette odor was still strong, lingering in both the room and the hotel corridors. This was particularly disappointing for a 5-star property. Service Issue: To address the smoke smell, I called room service to request an air freshener. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I had to call again. The second time, the staff promptly delivered it, which helped slightly, but the experience felt inconsistent with the hotel’s luxury branding. Amenities: On a positive note, the breakfast was exceptional—diverse, mix of local and International cuisine. The swimming pool was another highlight, well-maintained, and a relaxing spot to unwind with an indoor and outdoor scenic view. Overall: While the spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, and nice pool were highlights, the cigarette smell and inconsistent service detracted from the experience. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better attention to cleanliness and guest requests. I’d recommend this hotel for its amenities but urge management to address the smoking issue and improve service responsiveness to truly meet 5-star standards. Rating: 3.5/5"

"Came to Jakarta 2 Sept-5 Sept, just rightly after the rally ended. In Medan, the rally just begun though. So I purposely chose this hotel which is located at Tanah Abang, avoiding the busy Thamrin City or Grand Indonesia area (it is still along the road anyways) The room was huge, clean, the hospitality was 💯! It is very much closer to Tanah Abang (shopping place) and Blok M Square (viral food) and I literally walked to Tanah Abang (500m away). Plus point the hotel has the weight scale to weigh your luggage, but the food was mehhhh. Overall, loved my stay!"

"Hands down this hotel is probably the most enjoyable stay I had in Jakarta. Check-in was easy and the lobby just says luxury. Secured card access to rooms and even the swimming pool and gym. Good sized swimming pool with unblocked sky scraper views. Went at 6:15 am it was just lovely. Breakfast spread was okay, and definitely appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. Recommended, especially when there’s no traffic sounds around at all times."

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably spacious. It's conveniently located, and the hotel staff were friendly. Guests are required to provide a deposit of IDR 100,000 or leave their ID card as collateral. However, there were a few negatives: the towels were musty and had holes, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, and the room lighting was quite dim at night (though it was bright during the day thanks to an outward-facing window). During my 4-day, 3-night stay, there was a total power outage one midnight, leaving both the room and hotel corridor pitch dark for about 10 minutes."

"To be honest, choosing this hotel just because it’s close to my business trip appointments, I was actually quite disappointed since the booking process. The hotel is very old but clean, location is good which is no complaint about on accessibility. However, no phone in the room saying PABX brokers (first time ever I heard of with my 20+ years hotel experiences), you can’t ask for extra bottle of water. Request that none could be attended to on bedding. When we checked in after official check in time that was told room isn’t available. Until I refused to accept as I did have appointment to catch. On the good side, room is spacious but it’s like 30 years old without any renovations. Not sure if I would ever come back staying here again if I visit Jakarta again."

"Think this is our fourth time here? -this time we had a four bedroom penthouse for a small family gathering/birthday party. Great views from 32? floor. My Indonesian friends always enjoy the breakfast here and all staff are really helpful. Lovely pool gym and sauna. 24 Hour convenience store across the street plus my friends like the street food locally."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable for the location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also within walking distance to Thamrin City and quite close to Grand Indonesia, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. However, I think the hotel could improve by providing an ironing area or shared ironing station on each floor. It was quite difficult to get an iron from the reception when needed. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience at an affordable price."

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by your team. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my stay. The room felt rather small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. On top of that, the pillows were too firm, which affected sleep quality, and the towels felt thin compared to the luxury standard usually associated with Pullman. I believe enhancing room spaciousness (or allocating more suitable rooms for families), offering pillow choices, and providing thicker towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience."
