"Brilliant as always and great value for money. I've increased my location rating from 3 to 4/5 on this trip. Why? As I'm someone who likes to walk everywhere and as much as possible (please!) never found the area very walkable. But as I explore more on foot there's a lot more than I thought previously. Crossing the big roads can be a pain, as always in Kota Batam, but there's more than I thought on the side streets. Plus JC Supermarket at the new One Batam Mall 700 metres away is excellent for all my needs at prices competitive even with GoGo Supermarket. Pool was packed with kids at sunset today, couldn't swim or even sit by the 🏊♂️ pool, but I'll try again at breakfast time. Although rated a 3 Star 🌟 🌟 🌟 property and an older building, facilities are very complete, service and quality of we are except and it's easily better than many supposed 4 star properties here."

"I had a wonderful and memorable experience recently while staying at Harris Batam Centre to celebrate my wife 71st birthday. We stayed for 3D2N from 16 - 18 May 2026. The hospitality, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations plus the beautiful decorations set-up by your GRO Ms Trestha and her teams, really came as a BIG SURPRISE for my wife and also made us both feel welcomed throughout our stay.  The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The cleanliness, ambiance, and overall quality exceeded my expectations. Another BIG SURPRISE also continued during our morning breakfast. Ms Trestha and her entire teams including the HOTEL MASCOT really made my wife birthday so SPECIAL by treating her with a Special cake. All these experiences which your staff has sincerely did for us will be most appreciated for the outstanding services. "There’s no need for this place to shout. It already knows where it stands. Right in the middle of Batam—everything within reach. Not the kind of “central” that looks good on a map, but the kind where you step out and the day just… unfolds. Rooms are straightforward. Clean, composed, no unnecessary drama. You sleep well, wake up ready—nothing fighting you. But what lingers is the staff. Not overbearing, not rehearsed—just quietly attentive. The kind who solve things before you feel the inconvenience."

"Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, located next to a golf course. It's a spacious property with beautiful scenery and a great environment. The pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, making it a very family-friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming, especially Nurul, who helped us a lot, and our children really liked her. We are very grateful for her warm service. We suggest the hotel maintain the table tennis and billiards facilities on the 10th floor. Also, air conditioning should be provided in the table tennis room even during off-peak hours, not just when there's a high occupancy on weekends."

"Had a pleasant stay at this cozy apartment. Though there were a minor hiccup, overall the experience was enjoyable thanks to the warm and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short 1–2 night stay with friends if you just want to relax and nua. It also comes with a nice view — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch the sunrise to greet you. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! 🌅✨"
