"The room was available so I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. The reception and concierge were all very kind, and even though I only speak Japanese and used a translation app to ask questions about restaurants, tourist spots, transportation, etc., they smiled and explained many times to me. The building was an atmospheric hotel, but the room felt modern. There was also a courtyard, and it was warm and comfortable when the sun was shining. The room was cold, probably because the ceiling was high, so I turned on the air conditioner, but it remained cold, so I went to the front desk and told them that, and they told me that I needed to switch between cooling and heating, and they kept using the cooling setting. There was a rain shower and a normal shower, and I could choose between them by simply pressing a button, which was convenient. There was also enough water."
