"This stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, KK at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. She not only patiently answered all my questions but also proactively introduced the hotel's high-tech amenities, like the smart robot that effortlessly handles food orders, deliveries, and information inquiries – truly impressive technology! Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! "The hotel is brand new, with very spacious rooms and excellent facilities. Most of the public areas are shared with the neighboring Belmond property, including the pool, restaurants, and kids' club. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is available until 12 PM, so you don't have to worry about missing it if you wake up late. The service was truly commendable. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded our room free of charge, and they were very prompt in addressing all our questions and needs throughout our stay. While there was some objective noise from nearby municipal construction, it stopped during lunch and in the evenings. Since we were out of the hotel for most of the day during our stay, it didn't really bother us much."

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was very comfortable, and I could see swaying palm trees right from my balcony. The staff were all very friendly and provided meticulous service. The location is also very convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the beach. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal choice for a vacation. "I spent ten days in Hainan, staying at five different hotels and guesthouses. The South China Hotel in Dadonghai was my absolute favorite! It's right next to No.1 Harbour City (the 'Big Pineapple' mall), and Building B of the hotel has direct access to Dadonghai Beach, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was also very generous. Front desk staff member #12, who checked me in, was incredibly patient and the hotel's service overall was excellent! I especially want to mention how diligent the restaurant staff were; they were constantly circulating, clearing plates and wiping down tables. The service was truly exceptional!"

"An unparalleled experience! The hotel was grand in every aspect, making us feel right at home. We booked a Royal Club King Room, and it came with a complimentary afternoon tea upgrade. Since we missed the evening 'Sweet Hour', the butler, a lovely and kind young lady, graciously offered us afternoon tea for the following day instead. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, providing us with all the necessary timings and important tips. **Facilities:** The TV felt a bit small for a Royal Club room. **Cleanliness:** Exceptionally clean. The bathtub didn't even need a liner, and the bath towels and hand towels were all very soft. The hotel provided two large and one small blue pool slippers, plus two large and one small white disposable slippers. **Service:** After our first swim, the bathrobes got completely soaked. The hotel promptly provided two extra sets, which was very efficient. **Location:** It's in a prime spot in Haitang Bay, about 1.8 kilometers from the CDF Duty-Free City."

"The Eagle's Nest, their top-selling room, is a must-try! We stayed in room 2001, and the view was incredible, right by the Heavenly Lake. You can even see the 'trial marriage' room (not a show flat) at 9999 from a distance. The room layout was exactly as pictured online. To sum up, the Swan Suite is the closest to the restaurant, so it's a quick walk to eat. The Cloud Roc suites are at the highest elevation, but they're guest rooms, so they're not as popular. Other room types are spread across different peaks. The hotel is 3km from Yalong Bay Night Market and Baihua Night Market. The Liupan Night Market at the foot of the mountain is also quite affordable. A big thank you to Manager Sun for specially arranging a fruit platter for us!"

You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, seeing boats crisscrossing the sea and hearing cruise ship horns. Sleep in until you naturally wake up, then head to the restaurant where breakfast is served until noon for a delicious meal. The hotel's green spaces and swings are popular spots for visitors to take photos. Lying on a sun lounger by the pool, feeling the sea breeze – it's pure bliss! 😊 Every time we visit, the front desk attendant, Xiao Ying, is so warm and thoughtful, arranging our room and offering welcome snacks. If we ask for extra water bottles in the room, they're delivered quickly. Compared to more stingy hotels, this really puts us at ease. Although we've stayed many times, there are still so many parts of the hotel we haven't experienced, so we'll definitely be back for more! 😀"

"This resort is right next to the West Island Tourist Center, about a 5-minute drive from the Tianya Haijiao scenic area entrance, and 4 km from Tianya Town. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a private beach and pool. The service is excellent, including a dedicated butler service and complimentary buggy transfers within the hotel, making it ideal for family vacations and leisure. The only downside is the room amenities, particularly the bathroom, which isn't as refined as it could be. The curtains and toilet aren't smart, and frankly, for a five-star hotel, some items feel a bit cheap – for example, the slippers are worse than those found in mid-to-high-end Huazhu brand hotels. There's definitely room for improvement in the details. The hotel is close to the airport, so there are frequent flights taking off and landing, which means significant noise. If you prefer a quiet environment or are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider."

"Our stay at Sanya Luhuitou Wyndham Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It's just 200 meters from Sanya Bay, so you can easily walk to watch the sunset at Coconut Dream Corridor. The sea view room offered an amazing vista, with our balcony directly overlooking the azure sea and coconut groves. The room itself was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The butler service was thoughtful, even providing complimentary welcome fruit. The outdoor pool was crystal clear, and the family-friendly facilities were extensive – our kids had a blast. Downstairs, there's a commercial plaza, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also close to the airport and offers shuttle services. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic throughout our stay. For a coastal getaway, this hotel is incredible value for money. Highly recommend!"
