I was there as a tour guide with a big group.Really helpful owners and staff, very clean rooms, the bed was comfortable, delicious meals every evening, tasteful wine and Aperol spritz :) nice surroundings. The only problem was that the bar closed a bit early. :) :) :) As a private person and a tour guide I can recommend 100%

Hotel ligt in stil dorp waar in herfst en winter weinig te beleven valt. Groot buitenzwembad van hotel is dan gesloten. Dorp heeft een station met directe verbinding naar centrum Firenze (Florence). Dorp is wel mooie uitvalbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Hotel heeft groot restaurant waar je voor €20 (!!) een simpel 3-gangenmenu krijgt met o.a. verse pasta als voorgerecht, zo veel als je wilt, Ontbijt is typisch Italiaans: vnl zoete broodjes, taarten ed., nauwelijks hartig. Ontvangst en bediening, allemaal zeer vriendelijk .

Prima hotel om de omgeving te verkennen, niet om overdag te vertoeven (in ieder geval in onze kamer) want je hebt geen balkon of iets dergelijks en het is erg donker in de kamer. Kamers bevinden zich in diverse gebouwen. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was netjes. Er is een barretje. Trein naar Florence (ongeveer 50 minuten) op loopafstand. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Er verblijven veel bussen.

Aufgrund einer Busrundreise waren wir hier für eine Nacht. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Zuge der Halbpension war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur schön

È veramente una struttura molto bella e molto ben organizzata. La camera è spaziosa con bagno finestrato e buon letto (cuscino un po troppo morbido per i miei gusti) La colazione poi è varia e abbondante allestita in un salone molto bello. La cosa più bella in assoluto è la piscina a cui si accede sia come ospiti dell'hotel sia da esterni...ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consigliatissimo.

Residence situato in un paesino tranquillo a pochi km dall’Autodromo del Mugello, nelle vicinanze presente supermercato Coop e altri negozi di pubblica utilità. Tutto molto carino ad esclusione dei bagni i quali andrebbero rimodernati (soprattutto il vano doccia che perde acqua o non si chiude correttamente) e della ristorazione, che può andare bene per uno straniero… ma per un italiano che si trova in villeggiatura in Toscana è abbastanza scadente. Piscina top!

il posto è tranquillo e rilassante, la cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari e di tutto lo staff è ineguagliabile . Parcheggi comodi ,alloggi confortevoli, ristorazione eccellente. Prezzi onestissimi. Per i bikers che vogliono fare il giro dei passi è eccezionale si può fare il giro e tornare alla base .

Posto sperduto quasi in mezzo al nulla, in giro non si trovano bar, locali o supermercati. Ma la struttura in sé per sé non fa mancare niente che sia necessario. Un buon bar e camere pulite. Per il cibo non ci si può aspettare qualcosa di incredibilmente innovativo, siamo pur sempre in un 3 stelle. Ma andando in gita con la scuola devo dire che molte delle recensioni buttano fin troppe falsità perchè alla fine ci sono prodotti preconfezionati si, ma tutto sommato si può mangiare tutto senza problemi (ripeto, per una gita scolastica va più che bene). Il personale è abbastanza simpatico e ci ha trattati bene. Consiglierei questo posto? Tra tutti gli hotel nel circondario di Firenze forse non lo metterei al primo posto, ma è un’alternativa economica che non ti fa passare di certo una brutta vacanza. Giuste le 3 stelle, abbassare i pregiudizi e guardare un po’ di più oggettivamente a ciò che veramente l’albergo offre (cosa che nelle recensioni che ho letto manca alquanto). Ben fatto, abbastanza veloce come albergo 👌

Preciso che trattasi di una scolaresca in gita; bisognerebbe "comprendere" quanto l'istituto scolastico e l'agenzia di viaggi hanno pattuito con l'albergatore... ma questo si vedrà al rientro assolutamente. Nonostante ciò i servizi offerti - cena e prima colazione - sono risultati al di sotto della sufficienza, il menù sotto gli standard (per quanto si è pagato a testa!) toscani (anzi di toscano non v'è nulla). Solo due esempi: dopo la cena è stato offerto un gelato, in busta e/o coppetta in plastica uso bar, per colazione cornetto imbustato uso merendine confezionate, per tacer degli "affettati". Purtroppo, ripeto, a monte verificheremo gli accordi, ma non certo l'albergatore per quel che ha offerto può ritenersi esente da critiche. Le camere, da ultimo, non il massimo della pulizia, ed altro. Ma se tutto ciò è dovuto perché trattasi di gita scolastica... direi come minimo vergognoso, per tutti gli "attori" che hanno compartecipato .
