非常好的房東，細心周到，把好玩的地點和路線都發給我們了。房子是兩室一廳，和照片一樣，擺設和用具就像家一樣，乾淨整潔，廚房各種灶具都有而且擦的很乾凈，卧室還備了各種書籍，很周到。我們是三個大人兩個孩子去的，有個小問題就是把房東的枕頭染上顏色了，到家才知道是孩子扎滿頭的彩色頭繩掉色，房東也沒扣錢，非常抱歉！

自己帶一個六歲的娃自駕去榮成，網上看了評分5分，去到之後果然沒讓人失望，兩室一廳一廚一衞，娘倆住都顯得有點浪費了。小區很安靜。房東很細心，房間裏很多細節都值得稱讚，比如廚房裡還備了大米，洗漱台裏有防曬噴霧，衞生間備有一次性馬桶墊，洗衣液等等。開車去周圍的景點也還方便。兒子一定讓我承諾下次再來這裏住才肯離開。

這裏最適合自駕，帶父母和小孩來住，開啟悠閑的度假模式。
成山鎮很人少車少，很涼快，特別是下午，每晚去距離10分鐘車程的小眾海邊散步乘涼，天黑了回來睡覺，悠閑舒適。
一天一個景點，不緊不慢剛剛好，附近都是小眾海邊沙灘，人少景美，離西霞口動物園，那香海也是20多分鐘車程，離威海市區內開車一小時，市區太擠太堵，人多景色也一般，去一兩天打卡一下就行。
房間裏什麼都有，和家裡感覺一樣，如果次卧可以換成遮光窗簾，就完美了。早上能睡個懶覺再起來悠閑地逛。
總之，感覺很好，父母和孩子都玩的不累，很舒適。

我們也是挑選了好幾家選擇的這裏，位置也合適，價格也合適，沒有報特別大的希望，可是給到的是驚喜，家裡收拾的特別乾淨，跟回家的感覺一樣，自己買的海鮮自己做。特別想吐槽一下，哥，你平台照的照片真的不好，會影響入住率哦。

房子非常好，兩室一廳，乾淨衞生，東西十分齊全，跟住在家裡一樣舒適。走着可以去春風海岸，打車去動物園布魯威斯號，海驢島那些景點都近。如果是自駕遊的話那就更好更方便了。

打開門的第一眼就有到家的感覺，温馨。房屋整潔，基礎設施完善，熱水，燃氣，電視，空調都有。要説唯一的不足就是地理位置較偏僻，周邊沒有特色吃的，要跑好遠才能找到一個較好的飯店。
