The daytime staff was extremely kind and helpful. The night staff could not be taken away from her computer game to look up. The room was not overly clean with half the outlets not working and half the lights burnt out. The curtain was also ripped up. I will not likely stay here again.

The hotel service is very good. You can send it to the airport with a few dollars tip.

I like the area, because got to watch the airplanes & like the sound of them. Didn't like how we wasn't told they was renovating, so that stop them from able to do breakfast. If I had of known, we could of booked somewhere else. Didn't provide enough towels & toilet tissues in the rooms. Not enough lighting in the rooms. We will not come back. Elevator sounds unsafe as well.

It's OK. They were working on it while I was there so it was not exactly 'clean' because it was in process. Close to the airport with a shuttle...that's what I needed. That's what I got.

This hotel is currently under a seriously needed renovation. The price is cheap, and you get what you pay for. It's fine if you're just looking for a cheap place to stay that's steps from the airport, but you wouldn't want to spend any more time there than you need. Hopefully the renovation goes well, the staff are wonderful, and deserve a place they don't have to feel like they need to apologize for

Hotel was under a major renovation which was we were not made aware of before booking. Construction debris everywhere. They decided to charge my card before I arrived and cancelled the room leaving us with an “up grade” to a room with holes in the walls not enough beds and a sink that did not work!

They have been under construction for a couple years it seems. No breakfast as advertised. A charge for a room safe and the room doesn’t have one. Drapes ripped. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Is convenient to airport but so are other hotels so I won’t stay here again until renovations are done. It is not worth the price.
