Hotel location is good, service is OK (at least I have encountered very good), although the room is small, but it is also exquisite, clean

I stayed here for 5 nights in May 2023. I loved this hotel! It was clean & modern with a well-lit and very comfortable room. Tons of outlets, nice closet space and a decent hairdryer. The elevator came quickly but I only used it with my luggage and used the stairs the rest of the time. Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop with self-service coffee machine and a nice selection of quick foods. The staff was kind and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to bring me to the airport at the end. I’d definitely stay here again,

Very reliable hotel. It is indeed the top brand in Rome. It is impeccable. The restaurant cafe and the bar on the top floor are very good. I drink until dark every day 😮💨 Upgraded to a small suite. Next time I come to Rome, I must do it again

Termini Central Station
We liked this hotel very much! The location was great. The train station was a five-minute walk away and you could walk everywhere from the hotel. Downstairs there were nice cafes, a shop and a nice restaurant (Tosca). The room was lovely and the view of the opera house amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly and everything was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

FIRST of all I'd like to say that we went to this guest house expecting that it would be a small room with minimal amenities. DO not expect a 4 star hotel.. The room and beds were very comfortable..air conditioning worked well once it was turned on. The bathroom also clean and a reasonable size.. We had an unexpected added addition, a mini balcony overlooking historic Roma. The fridge had beverages to purchase if we needed.. We didnt use the tv so can't comment.. The guest services Reception Julius was wonderful, he made our stay much more enjoyable as we had a lot of questions and concerns that needed to be addressed. Breakfast was ok no hot foods and coffee came from a machine.. Now for the not so great part.. The hotel actually is on the 3rd floor..its almst 5 flights of stairs so if you want to get in shape this hotel is for you..there is an elevator but if you are claustrophobic this is not for you..If you have a lot of luggage this wont work for you...if you want coffee in your room in the morning good luck..both coffee makers brought to our room would not work..Great cafes everywhere though...If you like getting soaked before entering the shower this is for you..shower head water fall off wall and shower wand sprays in your face when you try to switch over or during your shower the wand may switch back to rainfall shower so wear a shower cap if you dont want to wash your hair. Only 1 plug to use all others are being used..dont forget your 3 prong euro adapter.. Get a tutorial on how to open the Guesthouse entrance door or you may be sleeping there as the door is locked after 8 pm til 8am. Added highlights close to everything..5 min from Republic station metro and 10 min from Termini Station. Lots of restaurants everwhere..

Near The Vatican City
small but sufficient room for two with two trolley, flash that from a courtyard,so no view of Rome to understand, still quiet room if it wasn't for a noise that was raised by some engine (I don't know if it was just outside our door, which is a closed closet, maybe there's something inside that needs for all rooms)or out on the courtyard, because there are shops and bars below the street.Comfortable bed, there are two kinds of coats, heat pump air conditioner, small fridge never used(we were in December\January)bathroom with a single neo no bidet,my room was 106,good cleaning, friendly owner.the top of this place is the location and area, You have the Vatican at 10 minutes walk, and the metro at 5 minutes, for the rest there is nothing missing about the rooms.
