The room is large and there are amenities. The location is convenient, there is no sign. Entrance through the entrance (intercom). Very cold.

So disappointing and just yuck. It really took the pleasure out of our trip to Rome. Room was grubby and gross, the bed felt like it was about to collapse on us during the night, the room wasn't made up as per our instructions, and when they advised that it would be fixed the next night, it wasn't. When the manager met us at reception and didn't have change for the city tax, he said that we'd get our change in our room, and it never happened. Furniture broken and grotty, and the room felt like it was furnished with garbage left on the side of the road. Air conditioning didn't work, bed broken in the middle, shower was not clean, the shower curtain broken, very basic toiletries, sheets and towels were basic and thin and for how much we paid, it was very substandard.

Don't go!!!!! Like an open-face robbery! on the day of our arrival we arrived at the reception which smelled strongly,very dirty . Over half an hour for the room to be delivered to us. We found ourselves in front of a totally rundown kitchen that we hadn't requested. A bed that wasn't even the one in the photos was a slatted base placed without any furniture. Floor not quite cleaned properly. Bathroom that wasn't even the one in the photo with a narrow shower cubicle that had a curtain with mold attached to it. The bathroom itself and the room itself smelled strongly almost nauseating. We had to leave the room after realizing everything and above all after looking for another accommodation on the phone because both my partner and I were not feeling well both for nausea and for concern where we had ended up and that we could risk stay without a room for the night. They finally stated we didn't show up when it was false. Booking has only refunded his percentage. Lost money! 150 euros in the hands of cotton wool
