Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Very basic facilities, poor maintenance, poor breakfast.

The Hotel is definitely not clean at all, the bed has spots of ...., the service is zero, the management is not at all professional and the old woman there she is really ****** 🤮, in the room they dont provide anything ( water even there is No) the breakfast is only about few maybe 3 typs of food and so many of cake, I dont recommend this hotel to anyone, you will really regret it, 3 nights i booked in Advance , but i had to spend all day and almost all night out to feel myself Normal, Think 100 time before you throw your money on such low profile hotel and what is surprising it is 4 star, i give it even less than half star 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I already send some photos on the chat on this app specially the dirty spots on bed

The room was very humid and the city tax could only be paid in cash.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hotel provides breakfast and there are many choices. The room was clean, tidy and big enough. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is not good and it takes a little longer to get there by car.

It's OK, the price/performance ratio is good

Good experience, everyone is very friendly, and despite the fact that it was a bit far from the center, it had very good communication. A bus passes at the door that takes you to the train.

For a family-style hotel, the service needs to be improved, the price is really cheap, and the overall situation is good.

Arrived at the hotel and it actually looked quite nice, small but decent. Staff were friendly. I paid taxes and the man then led me to the Room. We went downstairs and beside a bar was a door that was supposed to be our room. The room was beyond disgusting, whoever gave this Hotel 4 stars cleans their glasses about as often as the hotel cleans its rooms. You could get a free fur coat for your finger by brushing it along any surface in that room. Don’t trust me just look at the pictures I had just spent a few hours travelling from Florence and was pretty tired, as was my partner so I decided not to get angry or upset or even argue it. I always wanted to see Rome and I knew that if i stayed here i would always have an awful memory of one of the greatest cities on earth so I just left and booked a decent hotel. I gave the key back to the guy at desk and gave him a wave. I will try and get refunded but not got a lot of hope.

Terrible experience! Especially for the quality/price ratio. Dilapidated rooms, door handle torn off and replaced, sheets with holes and traces of hair, air conditioning not working, refrigerator turned off and empty, the whole room smells of smoke and sewer, room as small as the bed, dirty balcony full of cigarette butts everywhere, no night guard, in case of need you call an emergency number, ridiculous breakfast, foreign staff not focused on the customer (only the Italian girl at the reception very kind). Isolated area, along the way many non-EU citizens staggering. For two nights I paid €274!!! Madness! I do not recommend it! For the same price my colleagues stayed in top hotels!

Hotel in an unsafe area, once a prison, old and dirty reception, parking lot that looks like a construction site, wheelbarrow, bricks, sand, everything thrown there... Room with bugs from all over the world, mouse droppings on the windowsill, shower with mold in the corners... Breakfast with discount products, coffee machine from barracks, and not very clean... In short, if you want to be treated badly, this is perfect... Never again.

I've never found such a dirty hotel, either in Italy or abroad. The toilet in the first room was dirty with excrement—you know, old dirt. They changed our room, but the situation barely changed: the room was full of cobwebs, dirty carpet, dirt, and encrustations. What can I say? If we hadn't paid for two nights, I think we would have left. I can't explain the 4 stars.
