I liked the place. The hotel is quite small for a 4 stars but I must say everything was nice and enjoyable.

Basically bad comment for this hotel that we booked wrongly. I cancelled the booking within 30min but because the hotel said it wasn't cancellable, there were no steps taken by the hotel to try to negotiate.
So overall, make sure not to make a mistake when booking this hotel, because (some of) the staff won't help you solve issues.

太棒了！！！！！在羅馬車站旁邊！晚上樓頂有bar，去各個景區也非常方便！房間也很不錯！！！沒想到歐洲的房價這麼划算，去香港玩還不如去意大利！除了機票，別的方面意大利都要比港澳划算太多

這次羅馬之行，守護者酒店給我留下了超棒的印象！
從位置上看，它的地段絕佳，離羅馬特米尼車站很近，出行方便，周邊還有地鐵站，輕鬆就能前往城市各處景點。而且所在區域很安靜，完全沒有喧鬧嘈雜之感，晚上能睡個好覺。
酒店的服務人員熱情周到，從前台辦理入住，到詢問當地遊玩訊息，他們都耐心解答，還給出了實用建議。有次我不小心弄臟了衣服，工作人員很快就幫我聯繫了洗衣服務，效率超高。
房間雖説不是特別大，但佈置合理，乾淨整潔。床很舒適，睡起來特別踏實，房間裏的設施也一應俱全，像空調、電視、熱水壺等，滿足日常需求。衞生間沒有異味，洗漱用品品質也不錯。
早餐的種類豐富，麪包、水果、酸奶、熱飲等應有盡有，味道也很好，開啟活力滿滿的一天。還有酒店的屋頂露台，晚上去吹吹風，喝杯小酒，俯瞰城市夜景，愜意極了！
總之，這次入住體驗近乎完美，下次來羅馬，我肯定還選守護者酒店 ！
