It was quite a steep climb to the hotel, so it was difficult to carry my suitcase. The room was clean, but it was small and difficult to open my suitcase. The sink was clogged at first, so the water wouldn't drain, which was inconvenient. The young staff were very helpful, but the older staff member didn't listen to us and had a habit of not changing her opinion, which was very unpleasant.

Hotel in an excellent location close to the subway and Termini station, excellent value for money. The only flaw is the breakfast which was not included in the room and I paid 15 euros for a cappuccino and a croissant, and the tourist tax of 7.5 euros as it is 4 stars (obviously it has nothing to do with the hotel)

Very disappointed with our stay . It’s up a very steep hill so not advisable for older people. And not for families as the rooms are very small
