Clean. About 15-20mins walk to Roma Termini station. We stayed there for 3 nights, room service everyday with all the sheets and towels changed. The only problem that we had but didn’t trouble us too much was the shower door can’t stay closed while having a shower

First and foremost, if you value peace and quiet, definitely avoid this place. There are what look like large fans or blowers between the buildings, and from what I observed, every room except those facing the street is affected – and even those are noisy. On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute walk to the subway station. During check-in, they demanded my credit card details, claiming it was in case of damage. I mean, what kind of ridiculous request is that? With my card info, someone could just shop on international websites; why should I hand it over to them? Who uses such methods in the 21st century? I don't know if this policy is only for foreigners, but seriously, just don't give it to them. Ctrip staff should really look into this; I’ve never encountered anything like it – this is a first.

The hotel's location is decent, about 2 km from Termini Station and 600 meters from the subway, with a bus stop nearby. There are steps at the hotel entrance, and someone helped with our luggage when we arrived. However, when we left, the staff saw us but didn't offer any help; we had to carry our own bags down, which I found very inconvenient. The hotel's pricing was truly bizarre; when I booked a month in advance, it was almost 1000 a night, but closer to the date, it dropped to around 400. I tried to cancel and rebook but was denied. Trip.com eventually negotiated a partial refund for the price difference. All in all, I'd say it would be good value for money at around 400, but I paid too much of a difference, so I'd rate it as just average.

The room is clean n bright, the young man in receptionist is super helpful and friendly. I booked for tge exclusive room, which i thought we will have coffee n tea in the room , however they apparently do not serve them. The staff are friendly, room is comfortable n clean, only guests need to be careful, because the stairs adjacent right beside the lift, and the lights are not very bright, which if wrongs steps, guests can fall down.

About an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro. The surrounding area isn’t very pleasant—quite dirty, with views of homeless individuals from the window. The lobby and room were overly strongly scented, and the noise insulation was poor; I could clearly hear neighbours closing their doors—the sound was so loud and close that it felt like someone was opening my own door—along with traffic noise from outside.
