Hotel Franklin Feel the Sound Reviews

Due to some personal mishaps on my part, the gentleman at the hotel's front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. The hotel environment is also very good, especially for Chinese travelers abroad; it truly gives a great sense of security. Other hotels I've stayed at had Italian staff who were quite unfriendly, so if you're a Chinese traveler, I highly recommend this place—it's truly excellent! A big thank you again to the gentleman at the front desk.

Really friendly staff, cool music details and nice breakfast! Walking distance to the Vatican and plenty if good restaurants nearby.

Second time of staying this hotel where is located within walking distance to Vatican Museum and supermarket, and plus point is the breakfast which is good too. I

The room was clean and well-presented. The service was excellent, and the location was superb.

The hotel was clean and priced reasonably. I arrived early in the morning so I had to pre-book from the night before. It was about a 7-8 mins walk from the metro station, Ottaviano. Good choice if you just need a place to sleep after touring Rome.

Very nice place to stay! It’s clean, quiet, and safe, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Vatican City. Super convenient if you want to visit the Vatican Museums early in the morning. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

The place was a bit confusing to find at first but other than that my stay away great! Very clean, really accommodating, and very kind. You do need to bring cash for the tax that they charge. It's 6€ per night I think. It's a great location and all the staff were very helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Great find!!

Luggage storage is available, which is a plus.

This hotel has somewhat like the other hotels in Rome small and clean rooms but is conveniently located near the Vatican and the Prati neighbourhood in a quiet street, and you can find around the corner small eateries, bakeries and gelatos shops.

We had pleasant experience with our stay at Hotel Franklin. Room & bathroom was clean. Room was a bit small & desk & luggage table was not a standard size, shower door was leaking a lttle bit so floor in front of shower place will be wet but you can always cover with rug. Shower working well & enjoy warm bath after exhausting day trip. Overall is great experience & will choose to stay again if we ever in Rome. Stevano at front desk was very helpful with technical assistance when we tried to work on forms for US embassy because our papers was stolen during our ride with Rome subway

The room was so big and there are bus stations near the hotel.
