The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The reception is unmanned in the evening and at night, but there are no staff present, so this time there were no problems. However, if you plan to check in when no staff are present, please be aware that you will not be able to enter the hotel unless you make arrangements in advance.

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. My flight to Rome was delayed that day, and I tried contacting the hotel from the bus to the city center, but all I got was automated voice prompts. By the time I got from the station to the hotel, it was already midnight, and it was drizzling. I couldn't get in or contact them, so I finally reached them through Ctrip (it was 6 AM in China). They asked for my passport page, but the MMS message wouldn't send (I should mention the overseas versions from China Telecom and China Mobile). My Huawei phone couldn't download the local app (it requires a Google account, which Chinese phones can't register). Then the receptionist said he was going to sleep, and since I was past the hotel's check-in time, I had to find somewhere else to stay... They still wouldn't refund me the next day. I hope anyone going to Rome avoids this place; otherwise, the midnight streets of Rome will leave a lasting impression. Thanks to the two lovely customer service representatives from Ctrip for their excellent service.

The hotel check-in operation is very troublesome and needs to be improved. The service attitude is very good.

The sound insulation is poor, and the placement of things in the room and small details are not paid attention to. For example, there is no trash can in the room. The location is not bad, and the rest are so-so😓
