Property from outside may look sketchy…but that’s Rome for you. Everything is old and dirty but not in a sense that there are trash everywhere. Don’t expect perfection unless you want to stay at a very expensive place. Rome is cleaner than NYC and much SAFER than NYC that’s for sure!

The night Shift worker was amazing, very helpful we arrived late due to delay flight, but he made it possible and easy to check in. Also the cleaning lady was very helpful

Booked 2x triple rooms based on the pictures on the ********** website. One of the rooms pictured below looks exactly like the double room picture on hotels. Com website. Proprietor insisted it was a triple room with the single bed removed There is no room for a third bed. Fortunately there was only 4 not 6 of us we booked triple room for extra space. There would not be any room to move if a further bed was added. On this basis Hotels. Com refunded the difference between triple and double room price though proprietor would not. The other room we booked was triple and adequate and matched the size of room on hotels. Com website. The smaller room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke. The common areas of this building fall far short of standards expected for this sort of price. This is a very small business, circa 5 rooms in each of 2 appartments
