Located behind a steak and shake close to downtown Rome. It was clean and provided a good nights sleep. We used the pull out couch too. The breakfast is really good.

The entire staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. After a loan, tiring day encountering Melissa at the front desk was a blessing. Most of the time you and counter staff who appear that they hate being there and can’t wait to leave. Everyone worked as if they had a part in the company! Room was very clean!!!!! I was really impressed. And will definitely book again.

We booked a room with 2 queens for a family of 4 and were given a room with a single king when we arrived. No other rooms were available, so we were not able to change to an appropriate room. The love seat sized fold away bed is not an equivalent alternative. We specifically chose this hotel and room for the two queens. To work around the problem, we had to purchase an air mattress.

Room was not ready when we checked in. Towels missing no hand soap or shampoo. We requested daily room services but we had to pick up or own supplies everyday.

Overall great place to stay. Clean friendly staff. Carpet needs replacing in some areas that was my only critique.
