Great hotel! The front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my T-shirt after a 4-day stay, and Mizan went above and beyond to help me find it. He personally checked and made sure it was returned safely. Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel and especially thankful for Mizan’s great service.

I booked several hotel rooms online for my last trip to Europe, and this was the only one that didn't disappoint. It's conveniently located near Rome's center (approximately 20 miles away), especially if you rent a car and drive. Most importantly, it allowed me to experience the Tuscany lifestyle in a short period, fulfilling one of my expectations for this trip. The traditional room settings, excellent service, charming environment, and friendly people added to the overall delightful experience.
